That river was no joke! Thankful there was a sturdy bridge to safe crossing. Congrats crossing into another state. You are moving pretty fast up the east coast. Thanks for taking us along.
🎉🎉 CT. Enjoying your bodies of your journey. Listen to your body. If dairy is causing that much discomfort it’s doing more damage than you realize to your gut. Later in life you will be thankful.
"Connecti-cut-i-cut" I literally laughed out loud!! 😂 I always see something new in your videos. The train stop on the AT! And so many animals. Thks for taking us along and sharing your views... [so glad you're feeling better]
Good morning Andrew! I'm going to miss greeting my day with your bundle of cheer and beautiful smile. 😅😮 I love the fact that you can be next thing to flying 😉 and still share great views along with interesting and entertaining videos in a short form. At the speed that your going you'll be done in no time. Just curious were you a hyper child growing up? 😅 😉 Do you have any plans for future hikes? I hope so! Either way I want you to know that I greatly appreciate all the time and effort that you put into sharing your love of hiking and enjoying life and nature to the fullest. Have a great day! 😊 🚶 🏕 🍳 🔥 🙏 ❤
Hi Joan! Thanks for your positive regard. Sharing has come with its sacrifices, so it’s kind to know you’ve appreciated. I don’t know that I was a hyper child, but do know I work hard to remain ready to play even as an adult. 🤷♂️ And yes, there are always dreams of future hikes.
Glad you have made it back to New England! The River just shows how much rain we have had here in NH and Maine since you started in Georgia. I have enjoyed your videos and will await your final destination - Mt. Katahdin! Until then I will enjoy your journey through Vermont and New Hampshire!
Dude... You Rock ! Beyond inspirational (for me and so many, I'm sure)! Thank you for sharing this journey! Makes me realize what I miss a lot, which is: Simple direction and purpose. Welcome back to New England! The Whites await !
Hi Nashua! Thanks for your positive regard. And yes, I think you’re totally right; simple direction and purpose. I think the list of that, post hike, is probably a big contributor to the post trail experience.
My Wife & I truly believe you are content and live an incredible life. A beautiful intentful daily ethos. Wish I could "walk" along with you to simply compare notions of things. I have a feeling you are a notion lover. Onward & Upward!
@@andrewgoorhuis Not to be a last word freak... I'll be 60 yrs old in a couple of months. I've been told by my closest acquaintances that I am a highly observant person. Good Tuesday Morning, This video is was great! Mushroom and onion pizza though, no thanks haystack!!😂😂😂 Personally, I carry a small thing of crystal (deodorant) super small, hardly weighs anything and it works for 24 hours and you could put it all over your body
"My most recent exchange with the earth" is my new favorite expression for a bathroom break. I'm stealing it. :D
Oreo cows! (Belted Galloways, but Oreo sounds more fun!)
And you can catch the train there.

So grateful for the folks who do the work at every sketchy descent that has steps like that!!
The trail is life! Yay for New England -
Great job 9 states down, good video with lots of good views, a fast train 😮, so let's keep on hiking 😊

I love the voice of that rushing river!
Me toooo
That NY section seemed lovely, not too difficult. Glad you’re feeling better! Welcome back to NE!
Based on the location that was one of Radagast’s Airbnb’s. The brown color gives it away.
Glad you're feeling better. Love that river.

Metro North train stops twice a day on the weekends only. Last stop is Grand Central Station on 42nd street.
You got some decent views in N Y. Defiantly a Fall hike, when the leaves change color.
Mushroom and onion pizza armpit’s just made my day. Ha ha ha ha !
Carry on !

The train was certainly alarming! My father would have seeing a train on the AT.
Glad your feeling better and was able to get a great lunch. Thank you for giving the update on Wizard I think you’re the only that noticed.
That house & compound you noticed across the Housatonic was a hostel when I went thru in 2018. Great couple.
Glad you're feeling better. Enjoyed. Thanks
