Agar tyre ghum raha hai to y easy clutch bekar hai, agar tyre ruka hua hai to koi problem nahi.
Also, standard clutch ka free play bhi utilize kar sakte ho for additional clutch engagement with the device... perfect setting needs to be found out with trial and error

Clutch wire jo lever se connected hai ek baar use neeche wali position par laga kar dekhna please.
Ho sakta hai kuch fark pad jaye, clutch haath se kam dabana padega aur actual mein zyada play aajayega.

Thank you for this video. I have installed the short version of Pro-Spec on my Himalayan. It works well when you not in traffic condition, however as you said when you are in bumper to bumper traffic the engine definitely gets hot. This issue of engine getting hot I have only faced one time. I have not checked if this engine heating issue was there was the original clutch cable. This I will check and update you. Nevertheless, this is good insight and again thank you.

It’s a simple leaver mechanism in mechanics . At the cost of travel you get more force .
I don't own a bullet, but a reasonable test would have been to check how much clutch engages when clutch is fully pressed. Maybe it disengages clutch completely or maybe not. Won't know unless we test it and see for ourself.
Example: keep it in center stand and put in neutral and adjust rear brake just enough to stop the wheel from self rotation and press clutch completely using the devise and put in 1st gear and see if the wheel rotates
If it rotates means device is harmful
Just my thought
Maybe there are better test than this
But this idea might be worth trying
PS: This test can be repeated without the device for avoiding confusion
clutches work whether partially or fully engaged, your experiment will not give conclusive results. What the gentleman in the video is saying is that the zone in which the leverage applied has become less. maybe you have to adjust it in such a way that it clears it completely

I am a Royal Enfield technician, I fully agree with what you said. Jitna clutch disengagement hona chahiye utna shayad nahi ho raha, clutch plates ko nuksaan hone ka khatra hai. Clutch plate cover se jo clutch shaft nikl raha hai uska length thoda bada karne se bhi clutch lever soft lagega lekin incomplete disengagement ka khatra rehta hai.
classic 350 bs6 2021 model hai old generation, engine oil leakage ki dikkt hai, shuru se hi 5000km chali hai ab tk, ap bta skte ho kya kese solve kre vo problem, yaha indore (madhya pradesh) royal Enfield Service center wale thik hi ni kr re, direct bol diya ye thik ni ho skta, ap kuch solution bta skte ho kya..

Wo manual me diya hai unhone... Ya fir unke customer care se bat bhi kar sakte hai agar clear nahi hai to... Uske upar kuch batao na bhai... Mere pas Bullet 500 hai carburettor wala... Uska clutch bahut hi tight hai... Agar aap ke pas kuch solution ho to batao.... Please... Wo ProSpec pe bhi ek video bana dena Bhai... All the best...
