- The Best 2 Exercises for Knee pain due to Osteoarthritis.
Start with the lowest weight and then gradually increase it to 10 lbs/ankle 2- 3 minutes twice a day for two weeks.

Doc Jun, after I watched your video last week, naghanap ako agad ng ankle weights sa online store at nakahanap naman ako. Mura lang pala, P170/pair yung 3kilo ankle weights. Ginamit ko ito agad at ginaya ko yung demo mo sa video. Ang galing! Hindi ako makapaniwala. Nawala agad yung left knee joint pain ko na cause ng spurs. Iniwan ko lang yung ankle weights sa left foot ko habang nasa bahay. Ramdam ko yung relief. Maraming salamat Doc! Gawin ko yung knee theraphy exercise araw-araw at sana mawala na nang tuluyan yung knee joint pain. Thanks po and God bless, Doc Jun!
