I don't know how CZcams does it but i was very demotivated today and before going to sleep as i opened CZcams I see this video in my phone. His words have given me a ray of hope and a clear path for achieving my dreams!
3Advice and other advices - 1.Imp of imperfection- Nothing is perfect,u have to learn,improve.you will start with imperfection It's good to be imperfect with improvement -where you score 150/150 is not imp 50/150 is more imp bcz it's give you the learning of mistake that is the first step of your improvement. 2.Competition with it's your own slef -the real imp thing is the current like your daily,weekly target,like your 1hr sitting Those small thing -meditation'- everyone think about past,future not on current but mindfullenss meditation safe you frm overthinking.don't think the same thing repeatedly just focus on present -Don't think,just target small and complete it. Small target is more imp than anything -Ultimately what is imp.is the month,week,day(present) target every small target. -Don't think about the competition,other peoplbcz the real compet. Is yoy vs you. 3.imp of accepting your failure. -the pot story'failing learning.not just about seeking perfection. -failure,strugle is the most imp thing
