I will for sure! We only clean it once at the end of the season. We run our equipment everyday so the sealer is always flowing 🙏😎📈

I built my first set up for 4,000 total. Single axle trailer, 250 gallon used tank 500$ ( I got lucky on cl) air compressor 800$ pump, filter etc

We already run one very successful business and are looking to add another revenue with seal coating. I’ve been looking at used rigs but this one made the most sense. I’ve built trailers in my current business but a few links in this would be great

The side rail is structural on an angle iron trailer. You're going to hit a bump too hard and it's going to taco.

Hey man were did you buy the tank and all the bells and whistle i am in montreal and trying to find a good tank with agitation.
If I’m just doing driveways for now and not spray put just putting it on the driveways with the wand then spreading it do you think I still need a surge tank?
Honestly I’m no plumber but I could imagine you should be fine. But you can build one with a 3 inch x 12 inch steel pipe with a cap on the top. Really saves money and does the same thing as mine
@@ColinPatterson_ YES you need a surge tank. You will have to much back pressure and blow a fitting
@@jonathanwilk3077 id listen to Jonathan. More I think about it, you definitely do. Just make a cheap on or buy one for like $200-350. They don’t go bad

That tank brand new is $4,800. You can build that spray system for like $3-5k (depending on your air compressor) that air compressor new is like $4k. So too answer your question $8-9k

What size axles are on this? I have 2 3500lb axles and am worried if i fill up my tank, im gonna blow tires/bend axles.
Why would you use buckets instead of dispensing from wand without spray nozzle?
Because these guys half ass every single job 😅
When we spray parking lots instead of taking off the spray tip we just gravity feed buckets to cut in the curbs. Or if the spray system dies on a driveway we can always gravity feed.
What temp do you heat your seal coat?
The sealer is not hot! Goes in cold
Make a video how to gravity feed the material!
Do you guys flush the diaphragm pumps every day after use?
Nope. We only flush at the end of the year. We just recirculate and keep the sealer moving.

Do you spray with sand ?
Yes we do! The diaphragm pumps are great for it 👍🏻

Did this for years never walked in it either, work clean an don't get it on my truck, i ran a clean operation, i had them change shoes an clothes before getting in trucks
