Alex, glad to see somebody noticed the value of this song. I have listened a number of times to the intro which seems like a voice from a very "wise" person. All the words in there are very true to this perticular part of our difficult times (economically, socially, mentally, psychologically and spiritually.) I would suggest every body would put these lines on there shirts and coats or write them on there houses or cars or whatever. This message is so powerfull. I guess this pop group is spiritually aware in contrary to many satanist demonic pop groups these days

Hoy 4 de abril del 2022, he cumplido un sueño, ir a un concierto de la mejor banda, Coldplay. Tuve que esperar 5 años, este concierto de Coldplay ha sido el primero en mi vida, pero he de admitir que valió cada segundo, sin duda fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida...
No sé si en el futuro vuelvan a venir a México, pero si lo hacen obviamente estaré ahí...

En mi opinión, definitivamente fue una gran idea de Coldplay grabar la verdadera realidad de este país, nuestro México. La introducción del video, junto con "El discurso" de Chaplin es excelente. Realmente creo que ese discurso concuerda con lo que vivimos día a día en México. Para mí en este video, Coldplay quiso hacernos un llamado para luchar por un cambio en este país, ese cambio que muchos deseamos y que pocos hacemos algo por la desigualdad en este país. Y tal ves al final de ese cambio, estemos en un país como lo describe "a head full of dreams" :)

Y ahora, a casi 4 años de la muerte de ella, me pongo triste porque jamás pudimos hacer realidad ese sueño. Este video encuentra la belleza, no en los mejores lugares de México, o donde hay más dinero (porque no todo México es así, de hecho hay zonas donde es sorprendente ver lo hermoso que son estructuralmente), sino en lugares donde la belleza está en las sonrisas de esas personas trabajadoras que definen a México, donde se ve una forma de vivir muy distinta a otras partes de México.
Yo pienso que por esas razones grabaron esas "tomas feas", para demostrar lo mejor del país y no estructuralmente, sino por las personas y la diversidad.
Es feo ver que la mayoría de mexicanos se molesten por mostrar esos lugares, se preocupan mucho por lo que los demás puedan decir de lo que se ve, siendo que todos nosotros nos preocupamos por lo que se siente al verlo.
Soy mexicano y me enorgullece saber que utilizarán nuestro país para esta hermosa canción.
En mi opinión fue un excelente video, me encanto las sensaciones y lo que quiere dar a entender, no por lo que se aprecia superficialmente.
Cuanta razón tienes. deberíamos sentirnos orgullosos de que decidieran grabar en MÉXICO, cuando visitaron muchos más países

Me gustó que salieran esas zonas pues no todo México es la condesa, la Roma, Polanco, etc. No tenemos porqué avergonzarnos de los que recogen la basura, de la señora que vende quesadillas o del bolero que limpia los zapatos porque eso es totalmente normal y no tenemos que esconderlo. Me siento orgullosa de la cultura mexicana y si bien su gobierno es pésimo, la gente no deja de ser preciosa y trabajadora. Lo que tenemos que hacer es sacar a este México estancado adelante y mostrar su verdadero potencial. 🇲🇽
Es cierto mucha gente siente pena, pero eso conforma México y aún esas zonas siendo 'feas' la gente sonríe es trabajadora y feliz.

I started listening to Coldplay's songs last year and I sad that I didn't start listening to them earlier

As a small kid, I had heard Viva la vida, clocks, and some other songs that I absolutely loved but I was never able to find out the names of the songs until 3 yrs ago. My friend was telling me about Coldplay, next thing you know i heard the songs I listened to as a kid and I was so happy I found the songs again.
