    Ingredients:
    Dal Tadka & Rice Ingredients:
    ½ Cup Toor Dal
    ¼ tsp Haldi Powder
    1 small tomato roughly chopped
    1 small onion roughly chopped
    1 Green chili
    ½ tsp Grated Ginger
    1 tsp Oil
    1 Cup Basmati Rice
    Salt to taste
    2 pinches of Jaggery powder
    Finely Chopped coriander leaves
    Tadka Ingredients:
    1 Tbsp Desi ghee
    ½ tsp Cumin seeds/jeera
    4 garlic petals / finely chopped
    ¼ tsp hing powder
    1 dry red chili
    ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
    Cucumber Salad Ingredients:
    ¾ cup Curd
    2 Pieces of Cucumber Grated
    Salt to Taste
    ½ tsp Sugar
    Anar Dana As 2 tbsp
    Tadka Ingredients: 2 tsp Oil, ¼ tsp Jeera, ¼ tsp Rai, 1 Finely Chopped Green Chili & Curry Leaves
    Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
    Kheer Ingredients:
    1 TBSP Desi Ghee
    1 Cup Savai / Vermicelli
    1 Liter full cream milk
    4 Pieces of Green Cardamom Powder
    Finely Chopped Dry Fruits Like Cashews, Almonds, Pistachio & Charoli
    Potato Sabzi Ingredients:
    1 tbsp Oil
    ½ tsp Mustard Seeds / Mohari / Rai
    ½ tsp Jeera Seeds / Cumin Seeds
    4 green chilies finely chopped
    Curry leaves
    2 pinches of Hing
    ½ inch ginger grated
    ½ tsp Haldi powder
    5 Medium size potatoes Boiled and chopped
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp Coriander seeds powder
    ½ tsp chili flakes
    Finely chopped coriander leaves
    Paneer Sabzi Ingredients:
    Onion & Tomato Paste Ingredients:
    2 TBSP Oil
    2 medium size onions roughly chopped
    2 Big tomatoes roughly chopped
    1 tsp Cumin seeds / Jeera
    5 cloves / lavang
    12 black pepper powder
    ½ inch dalchini / cinnamon
    2 pieces of green cardamom
    ¾ inch of Ginger
    8 garlic petals
    1 bay leaf
    Salt to break tomatoes
    For making Cream:
    ½ cup Paneer Cubes
    1 tbsp fresh cream
    1 tbsp milk
    For making Paneer Sabzi:
    2 TBSP Oil
    ¼ tsp Haldi powder
    1 ½ tsp Coriander seeds powder
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
    ½ tsp red chili powder
    1 ½ tsp Kasuri methi
    Tomato & onion paste
    Paneer & Fresh cream paste
    200 grams paneer
    ½ tsp garam masala
    Salt to taste
    2 green chilies
    ½ tsp sugar
    ½ cup hot water
    Finely chopped coriander leaves
    1 tsp desi ghee
    Ingredients for making Roti:
    3 Flour spoons of Wheat flour
