- There is no better way to lose weight, increase your endurance, or improve your fitness than the 12:3:30 workout. This video will explain why its the BEST exercise and how to make it work for you.
I can only go 7 elevation at 3 mph for 30 minutes but my goal is 12:3:30. It’s good to have a goal.
I attended a Uni in the mountains where I had to walk to all my classes, and I was 119lbs. In 1 year after Uni I was 150 lbs. Earlier this week I finally figured our what was different, I was walking uphill 4 days a week
It's my 62'nd day today doing the 12 3 30 EVERYDAY and lost 23.8lbs
did you slowly progress to the 12 incline or you just started on the 12 day 1 ?
@@madjouba4290 Started on 12 day 1. If you find it very hard to keep up with the 12-3-30 try to lower the speed a bit until you get stronger and then increase the speed as you get stronger. For me the 12-3-30 Is a great program for anybody to ENCOURAGE getting back to gym and be ABLE to FORM that HABIT of enjoying to get back to the GYM. From here on everything follows.
I recently started #1 incline at O.5 - 0.8 FOR 15 20 minuets. Now doing #3 incline on the treadmill I so need to lose 20 lbs that I gained the last 4 - 5 years- taking care of a severe Parkensons and Parkensons dementia partner til they died And during covid 19 Plus giving up 85% dark chocolate and Vanilla bean Breyer s Dixie cups. I know the weight comeing off will take time cause can’t starve myself. I’ll update maker each month. So hard to loose weight when an old lady.
how has your journey been?
In the video it says 12 degree incline. That would be over 20 % incline. The 12 in 12-3-30 actually stands for 12 % incline. All the treadmills I have seen so far give the incline in percent.
I like walking uphill but I don’t like walking downhill. It’s very stressful on my knees.
Yes! Its funny, you would think going uphill would be worse. But going downhill is much harder on your joints.
Deter users from holding on to the rails/handles
What if I walk just on no incline for 70 minutes? Wouldn’t that basically do the same thing?
First
Congratulations
I do 25000 steps in the lose sands. This is good?
I’m confused. 12% incline or level 12 incline?
%
