how much easier is the saw! also if you cut it the same way you done you can template the offcut then weld that in, ez pz

The saw was about 10x faster but it makes an ungodly noise tearing through the quarter. Worth it though 👍🏻

Hey mate I can’t remember what settings I had that day but you just want it hot enough that it will penetrate but being thin material you will blow through quickly. That’s why in the video I’m welding it fully with Tac welds 👍🏻

@@lucassmith9459 hey mate there’s many variables that play into this the main one is quality of work and the fit and finish. While it’s not a structural modification it is still a cabin modification so you could plate it to be safe. As long as the work is done to a good standard it should be right 👍🏻
