Crank Removal & Installation (Shimano GRX) | Bike Workshop

In this episode of our BIKE24 workshop we’ll give you some crucial tips as we get hands-on with a bike's heart: the drivetrain. Our mechanic will show you how to remove the old crankset, bottom bracket and chain and install new Shimano GRX cranks, a new bottom bracket and a new chain, and also which tools to use and what to pay special attention to.
In the next episode, we’ll then upgrade the front and rear derailleur.
