  • Dr. Frank Yelian, Dr. Lee Kao and Dr. Edward Dourron talk about one of the very common infertility symptoms, Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR), and explain why Natural Cycle IVF is the better approach to help DOR patients conceive with their own eggs, compared to conventional treatment. On behalf of my family (3 adult daughters), I have viewed many IVF streams provided by leading fertility centers. This is my first exposure to DOR and the positive aspects of Natural Cycle IVF. Impressive faculty and great learning!

Great information! So curious of your prices. Interestingly I have a low AMH >1 but a normal FSH just under 10. I wonder if that still constitutes DOR.

Great information, however I think when it come to us as women, were not being educated on fertility until your in these types of situations dealing with fertility. When you do request information about fertility when getting your routine paps done-the Drs will say well you might want to hurry up, the Drs always tell you this and that’s it, so now you got women out here not being educated on anything dealing with fertility except to “ Hurry Up” nor explained in detail what you might need to be doing and how to look into your options dealing with fertility and then they can go into detail about what’s being explained here. I think if more women are educated on this at a much younger age then there will be more freezing of there eggs at a much younger age instead waiting later and finding out your chances are to little or none to bare children because of diminished ovarian reserve. Most women don’t find all of this out until it’s too late.

Fully agreed Montina, I wish I had none years before as I would have frozen eggs. Now I am in the predicament of being 38 with DOR and worried what my possible future is.

Agree! I’m starting to tell anyone close to 35 to lie to their OBGYN (about attempting to get pregnant for a year) so they can get a referral to a fertility clinic to get tested.

I've been waiting for a very long time to see an IVF/Fertility Clinic in the United States show some real integrity by refusing to use unethical schemes to trick their patients into unnecessarily paying ungodly sums of money to get the help that they need.
I am very pleased to see that ethical standards and putting the needs of the patients first are finally becoming a priority. Bless you!

Great information…it seems like you guys really look at the patient’s individual test results…why oh why does it seem all of the really great doctors are so far away…I’m here in the dmv where most of the clinics don’t even answer the phones and the two that did seem to just want to follow the same standard protocol as the last clinic where I did not have success…God Bless you all…I wish I was in California this would be a no braniner!!

So, is the Birth Control Long Lupron Protocol going to "burn out my eggs?" I'm on my third cycle. I'm 39. I've been told by my doctor thinks I can use my own eggs. Thank you.

Please can someone help me. I was told I have dor and only two eggs left. When I first started seeing my doctor a year ago I had 9 (5 on my left and 4 on my right) now I only have 2 (one on left and one in my right) My doctor just now told me I’m not a candidate to do IVF. I’m only 32 and I want a family so bad but can’t find a doctor that can help me. Can lead me to my next steps because I feel so lost now.
