Hey! To make a good coffee out of this model, you first have to make an espresso, and it is better to do it to the cup it will be in, don't pour it. You should measure how much coffee you use and how much extraction you have with a small scale. Tamper should be pressed more firmly - you cannot overpress but you certainly underpressed it. The milk should be skimmed in the metal mug, with your hand controlling the temperature - if the mug is getting to hot to comfortably hold, you should stop foaming since you will distroy the lactose in the milk and it will taste bad. Also with your technique you are getting too much foam with too big bubbles. Work on this and you will start to make great coffee :)

Hay que purgar la lanceta después de cada uso, de lo contrario se acumula el residuo de leche y se tapa.
