▷Ingredients(22 - 24 macarons)：
■Macaron
90g egg white
90g granulated sugar
105g ground almonds
120g powder sugar
4g tea leaves
■Tea butter cream
100g white chocolate
6g tea leaves
60ml milk
90g unsalted butter

コーンスターチが入ってる粉砂糖にしちゃったりホワイトチョコをブラックにしちゃったりして色々やらかしたけど上手に作れました！！美味しい。
今までマカロンに挑戦しても失敗してましたが、ひだまりクッキングさんのレシピで作ったら成功しました！凄く嬉しいです！これは作った方がいい！
これ投稿された時くらいからずううっと食べたくて保存してたんやけど昨日やっと作れた😭！！！
初めてマカロン作ったんだけど大成功だった、説明ほんとに丁寧でわかり易すぎた。

@@browniethebear5590 the only page i can find that refers to them with she/her (or at all lol) is wikitubia, which is pretty famously untrustworthy. i think our best bet is they/them pronouns so we can be sure we don't call them something they aren't :)
@@fathermackenzie2121 Not gonna argue but I saw HidaMari's website and in her introduction she talks about "my husband" told her she was a cute girl, and also in her profile she states that her gender is female (I use google translate so not 100% sure but pretty much).
@@browniethebear5590 I think it’s a girl and boy, i see sometimes her husband bake. It probably explains the title, Hida-Mira.

تكون شقتك نضيفه و رحتها حلوة يشمها اي حد ويحلف أنها دايما نضيفه 👍
1✋وانتي بتروقي الاوضه بتعتك حولي تفتحي الشباك نص فاتحه عشان يغير الجو اللي ف الاوضه

2لو اولادك بينزلو الصبح ف البرد لازم يشربو كوبايه مايه قبل ينزلو وتفتحي الشباك شويه عشان يخدو علي هوا الشارع

3 حولي توفري بخاختين واحدة تحطي فيها معطر وترشي منو كل كام ساعه رشتين بس 👉 هتحسي ان الريحه مش موجوده بالعكس الريحه بيشمها اللي جاي من الشارع ورشى منها ف الدولاب واقفلي 😍👌
4البخاخه التانيه هنجيب ربع كوبايه خل وشويه معطر والباقي مياة دا بقا هيبقي معقم للتواليت كل يوم بليل هترشي منها علي الحوض والحنفيه والبوتي بتاع التواليت فعلا بيقتلو الجراثيم مش هتلاقي ريحه وحشه ابدا

5 المطبخخ 👀 💪 المواعين بتولد كل خمس دقائق حولي متسبيش حاجه ف الحوض عشان بتولد يا اوختي 😔 وقبل ما تنامي يكوان الحوض نضيف عشان تصحي مرتاحه هييييح لو سبتيها هتصحي تاني يوم مش عايزة تخشي المطبخ خااالص
بواقي الاكل اوعي ترمها ف الباسكت حطيها ف كيس صغيرة وحطيه ف شنطة الباسكت
6كل يوم بليل ولعي عود بخور في المطبخ 😘ريحه مطبخه هتبقي يسلام عليها 👌👏 وكمان مش هتلقي ناموس ولا هاموش ولا دبان لانهم بيكرهو الدخان لو حسبتي بكام ف اخر الشهر مش هيكلفو عليكي حاجه قصاد انك تكوني مرتاحه نفسيا وبتعملي كل حاجه اول باول ولكن هيسبولك راحه نفسيه كبيرة 😊😊 عرفتي بقا كل الستات اللي بتدخلي شقتهم بتبقا رحتها حلوة ليه 😍😍

7متنسيش كل يوم بليل تمسحي رخامه المطبخ بفوطه مبلوله من خليط فيه ربع كوبايه كلوركس ولتر مياة ودا معقم للرخامه

8علي باب الشقه حطي حاجه للشوز عشان لما يطلعو من الشارع السجاد ميتبهدلش

9الغسيل حاولي تملي يوم بيوم لو مش اتطبق في ساعتها مش هيطبق 😂🔵تعرفي ان السكر لو فرقتيه في ايدك بعد ما تاكلي سمك او تقشرى توم بيضيع الريحه من ايدك تماما
..........معلقه صغيرة من السكر ومعاها اي نوع من سائل المواعين وافركي ايدك واغسليها وابقي ادعيلي 😍

Also what are tae leaves? Did you find it in the store or did you have to order it online?
@@jhowardsupporter You can usually find it at store, but if you don't find it or don't have it - you can use regular tea bags.
When doing it second time I used tea only for the filling and I used my favourite brand which I had in bags and it turned out delicious.
For shells of the macarons - tea leaves are more for the visuals that for the taste, so if you don't add it here it's not gonna make a big difference in my opinion.

Could you please add some advice like how many minutes do u beat the meringue etc... ?
Beat it untill stiff peaks form: When you lift the beater up and 2 stiff hills that stand up straight form where you took out the beater from the bowl.
Isnt it usually just until stiff peaks?
You can’t give exact time as the speed for each hand mixer is different, as is the protein due to age of the egg. Make sure egg white is room temp. Whip in sugar in three additions after the frothy stage has formed, as she shows, then whip until stiff peaks form, which means the tips don’t bend over .
