The maximum penalty for vandalism is three years, so the statute of limitations provides three years for vandalism cases. This was at least 6-7 years ago

Thank you.. speaking on behalf of the artist here, but when I was filming Matthew, I remember him using a kind of soapy water, that what he was applying on his brush here to stick to the wall.

How to keep ink from smearing? I'm using an old HP household printer. I've tried normal paper and heavy weight paper. The black ink smears instantly.
