@@TheSadMusician Sextuplets @ 150 bpm
@@saxxguy84 read the title
@@TheSadMusician He's saying that sextuplets @ 150 bpm over the course of a minute averages out to 15 notes per second. Also he's doing a sextuplet per beat, not per second. Might want to check your math.

@@kevinmerino7432 ik but what does she/he means 51 in a second?
I got to about 10-12 a second and threw it into a jazz solo during a minor performance with school. My band director was surprised and impressed. Never heard me do it before.
You have some truly awesome skill man! Time for me to try and learn some triple tongue action
I can sense a sandstorm on the horizon... :D
Amesome man, keep going! Love these rythmical techniques!
A sandstorm of Twosetters :DDD
Aside from the Ben Lee jokes, I agree that the technique is really awesome. It takes a lot of practice and precision to do this kind of stuff.

Nice job
Amazing man 😂👏
That is so cool, maybe some of your skills of tripling the notes might work on mine (I'm a trumpet player)
What a man
When I was younger I had a huge overbite so I tongue off the roof of my mouth on the sax. And I have always thought that my tongue was wider than normal. But I learned how to triple tongue before double tongue because of the Imperial March. Thanks John Williams! There is nothing usually in beginning band methods about tonguing (you would think that’s where it would be important!) so as a band director I can be sympathetic to my 4th graders with different mouth structures. I wish these companies (Hal Leonard Alfred KJOS) would address that more but they don’t and would probably use some poor excuse.
Sacrilegeous boi
Interesting
If you can play it slowly you can play it quickly
15 notes per second
Ling ling wannabees 🐝

Where is this quote from? "If you can play something slow you can play it fast"
It's a meme from TwoSetViolin. Ben Lee, who was "the world's fastest violin player", played Flight of the Bumblebee at 15 notes per second inaccurately. He said, "if you can play it slowly, you can play it quickly" and we mock him for it because he can't play it fast.
If you cab play slowly you can play quickly 😎 ling ling 40hrs

Flight of the bumblebee
Woooooooooooowwwwwwwwww yeahhhhhhh
I don’t think I’ve seen such usage of double+ tonguing in the realm of popular sax since Jindra Dolanský of the Czech group Už Jsme Doma.
I play alto instead of tenor, baritone, or soprano
As a tenor saxophonist, this is my next goal. And what brand is that sax?
I found out I can do this, and I learned that when I do it, it has nothing to do with tonguing, but rather your breath.
I can almost here Deride Sandstorm
If you see this please tell me who inspired you I play bari in jazz and I’m getting to do vocal phonics
Wooow😱😍🔥💯
Triple toungeing sounds like a typically normal Friday evening am I right
very i n t e r e s t i n g
