Card test can some times can give faint lines esp when the levels of beta HCG is not high enough . Saying that the blood test is the most accurate test . In situations like blighted ovum( it is relatively common ) the levels of beta HCG can elevate momentarily and come back to normal . That needs to be ruled out .
