Best swimming holes in White mountains - Lower Falls on the Kancamagus Highway, New Hampshire

If you are planning to go out for tubing or swimming or BBQ or family or friends get together or any sort of outdoor fun, then Lower Falls is one among the best. It is one of the best swimming holes in the White Mountains along the Kancamagus Highway.
Very easy and as soon as you park your car, there you are. Ther are lots of picnic desk, all you have to do is go early if you need them otherwise big flat rocks along the river is enough for you guys.
Lower falls, for me it is one of the best swimming holes in new Hampshire. Don't forget to take the tube, you can do tubing there, the current of the water is strong but you will love tubing there.
And after tubing, you can go for swimming.
And you can view major attractions on the kancamagus Hwy, i.e rock gorge scenic area, sabbaday falls is next attraction. Don't forget those places too, if you have around 1 hr extra that should be enough to view those waterfalls in White Moutain regions.
I guess, lower falls , rocky gorge and Sabbaday waterfalls are the best waterfall in White mountain region.

It's honestly kind of sad to see what has been done to this location. All the trees torn up.. And now crowded by tourists.

The place it beautiful but I have never smelled a more rancid bathroom in my life. That bathroom smell will ruin your day.
