And feel free to email photos to mail@parentingcentral.com.au - best to send through a front/side/back view and I'll help with any tips to get a better fit!
I fold 2x for my 8lb 2.5 week old but the top of the panel always ends above her ear, almost eye level, so I’m not sure she has enough space to breathe well. 19in tall so not tiny… how can I get the top of the panel to come lower on her? (More like ear level) Thank you!
If you try putting the waist band a little higher up on your waist and position baby lower on the panel so it'll take up more fabric length to scoop under the bottom.
If that makes any sense? So hard to explain! If not I'll make a quick video showing what I mean.
I’m Not sure if I am fitting it correctly for a 6lb 5oz baby
The recommended minimum weight for any baby carrier, including the Ergobaby Embrace, is 7 lbs (3.2 kg) so baby might be a little bit small.
But if you want to send a picture of baby in the carrier to mail@parentingcentral.com.au I'm happy to still have a look and see if there's anything I can suggest.
Can you back carry with the ergo baby embrace?
You can't back carry with the Ergobaby embrace - only on your front, either inward (parent) facing or outward (world) facing.
@@ParentingCentral thank you! I didn’t think so but was hoping I missed something somewhere about it.
You're welcome!
