Nice. Will recieve my Plasma Edge tomorrow and use the EZ Run 3300 kv from my Rockbuster. Only upgrades planned so far are ballbearings and alloy motorplate

Great upgrade video, Gavin! You have a lot of lovely alloy parts on your Neo. Very strange with the wifi interference issue - good job you sorted it out! I have a Neo Scorcher too - if fitted a Turnigy 13.5 sensored brushless to the standard TBLE02s - works a treat but nowhere near as fast as yours sounds! Looking forward to the run vid! Thumbs up from me! : )
Mark Bryan RC. Thanks Mark for your kind words. I have a long way to go on the quality of videos but you have to start somewhere I guess. I was going to add some running footage but I broke the rear carbon suspension mount two minutes in. That and it shredded the last plastic gear I had left in the car LOL. Replacement parts on order already. 👍🏻😂

Have you changed the plugs on either side, or just used the 4mm bullet connectors to plug it into the TBLE02s?

Tom Knightley The big wheels are from China. I got them off eBay.co.uK I just has a quick look for you and I couldn’t find a link.
Tom Knightley The TT02B is a great chassis and you can mod it with loads of expensive parts. 👍🏻

What position on that motor mount did you attach the motor to? Also what pinion size are you using? Thanks.
I noticed you have a blue aluminum spur and pinion gear cover; then replace it with a plastic one. Would you please tell us where you purchased this and if it is any good.

Got a plasma edge 2 with a 5200kv motor in 😂. Are they ok with big wheels? I tried putting some that look a similar size to yours and it started doing a clicking sound when you put the throttle on do u have any idea what that might be ?
Big wheels adds loads more stress to the gearbox and drive li e so it’s not a great idea on a Tamiya, especially on longer grass
@@RCKickschannel I normally run it on road or dirt. Is it worth getting metal gears to put them on. Love the vids bro keep it up 👍🏻

This is why the traxxas cars are so good, the slipper clutch stops the wheelie problem, unfortunately the tt02 is reliant on progressive acceleration.
