We were on the second level, not the top. We had no clear line of sight for the stage but two Secret Service agents approached us and asked us to take a break and keep away from the edges.

Didn't that county with Seattle also vote to give up their voting rights to elect a Sheriff? The sheriff is now selected by the county board of supervisors. Their first selected sheriff was then a black woman who was not qualified to be a sheriff at that time. The board had to vote a temporary exemption of requirements so that she had time to study for both written and practical examinations to legally qualify to be sheriff. She was a DEI appointment.

I could probably hold my own, but it’s just not what I was built for. I’d probably make a decent investigator, as I’m in good shape and relatively strong, for someone my size, but the protection detail just isn’t for me. I think the difference is even more stark when it comes to a woman that’s 2/3 my weight and 3” shorter. This is common sense kind of stuff here.

I grew up middle class and started working at the age of fifteen so that I could have some disposable income. I suppose it all depends on what your priorities are at that age. The closest that I came to making a donation was buying a 'Free Nelson Mandela' t-shirt at the Vancouver earth day event.

She also has Trumps hat in the same hand that she grabs her sunglasses with. I agree it's a misstep but her size is not enough to cover him as a shield.
