- Those red paper wasps, emerging from their winter slumber, had taken it upon themselves to set up shop in the entire upstairs of the house - a challenge that demanded some serious attention

It was no walk in the park, but we deployed unconventional pest control tactics that, let's say, raised a few eyebrows. The satisfaction of reclaiming the space from our stinging adversaries was well worth the effort. 🐜🛠️ Thank you for tuning in, and I genuinely hope the insights shared in this video prove helpful in maintaining a pest-free environment for you. Stick around for more pragmatic bug-handling insights - until next time! 🚪🕷️ #DanTheBugMan
Thanks for watching everyone!!! How would have you handled these wasps?? I think the attic treatment was definitely the way to go but a preventative pest control service last fall would have kept this from happening in the first place!

have you ever dusted an attic using delta dust? i feel like the dust would last longer than foggers...
Stuff of nightmares.
I dream of wasps - wasps = money and new customers :0 haha
You see these guys everywhere in Bowling Green, it’s fun to say the least
Yes!! Across the USA
This is a nightmare scenario for me. Getting home from work one nice spring day to find 50 wasps trying to claw their way out through my apartment window. NOOO SIR!
Their nest was made in the house like in the boards kuz paper wasps use parts of the wood to make their home
Haha it happens!! Luckily they were in zombie mode still! I would hate to have an active nest inside my home
That is true
I welcome wasp nests around my place unless they`re in a bad spot and acting like jerks. But a nest can be taught to fear an individual if you scare them a couple of times. They work extra hard removing garden pests. I recruit the birds, lizards, frogs, toads, and harmless snakes too and try to avoid pesticides when possible. The little pill bugs are my worst garden pests even in winter in Louisiana. I feed the birds and throw bird seed around my garden and they go after the bugs too especially in spring when they`re feeding their young.
Wasps can be jerks sometimes. I like the bio and natural pest control practices! That is always preferable but sometimes doesn't do the trick like professional sprays
From Canada here, have doing pest control for a month now and I have been watching and learning from your videos. Thank you keep uploading !!
I could be wrong but I don't remember you having an official intro before..this is so dope.. I love the way it feels.

Good vid I am situated in Florida but it good to learn about insects like the box elder bug and cave crickets like in your previous vids
I’m on my 3rd month into my pest control career. Completely different field then what I’m use too! Love your videos, I’ve learned quite a bit from you. Subscribed and will be tuned into future posts!
Bee suit and a vacuum. Would be super easy for ya
I need to buy a bee suit
I'd hate to say it; but any time a client has insisted that I use an over the counter product they purchased; I'll always decline. It almost always creates further issues down the line if they end up getting different pests. I remember once I went to a German Cockroach service and once I was done the client insisted to the point of arguing that after I sprayed a 3 unit home down that I set off 12 of the 3 packs of Hotshot foggers (that's 36 cans) because they didn't want to feel like they had wasted money.
I told them that no matter what; I am not doing that because everything I do I document in text on my reports; and I will not lie on it and say that I didn't use it. At the end of the day its my name, license, and my livelihood on the line and I won't jeopardize that not matter what. I told her what would happen if they were set off (force the German Roaches into the walls). She did it anyway and I found out about it from a tenant. It took 4 months to get control of that place because she bungled the treatment up so badly.
just did a job in a attic, knocked down mud nests on the walls
Love watching your videos
Awesome video
Looks like he also had a bit of an Asian Lady Beetle infestation going on too?
Living in WNC everyone has them.
Genuine question because I’m a newer technician, only been doing this for a few months now, wouldn’t using the customers cheap over the counter insecticide mess with the active ingredient of the one you applied with your backpack sprayer, if the two active ingredients mix isn’t it just expensive water at that point?
What part of Alabama did you service
Western North Carolina.
Unfortunately the Asian lady beetles are attracted to a white or contrasting surface like where the siding of the home meets the eaves. Since it’s close to the attic vents they crawl right in. For those that don’t think these wasps have a stinger trust me it’s about as long as their abdomen! 🤬
Homie we could use u in fl u ever heard of red paper wasps

@@DanTheBugMan woaaaah u lucky dude kuz they don't stop stinging I got a nest on my electrical outlet outside it's a very big nest in the corner I stay far away from them they remember faces
