I’d say he is both smart and wise in those goals that he is pursuing. What you’re seeing is just that his goals hold no regard for those who are caught out of position for being either clueless or powerless at that time.

Every single economic doco that talks about it said he had put 10 TIMES his funds ENTIRE WORTH into this ONE deal/bet. He had borrowed to the point that if it didn't work out, he would've been bankrupt 10 times over.... I mean IF THAT'S not an appetite for risk, I don't know what the hell is!!!
