There are different sizes of seats! You would fit in the large one!
The only time they look at certification stickers, is if you participate in actual competitions that are sanctioned by the FIA or other official bodies, (for Europe anyway) There, your car will need the certification and the seats are usually good only a certain number of years. For track days or other events, useless, they only make sure your car is safe.

Recaro does have those recliners but idk about it being a budget version, LOL!
You could use Tillett B10's. Cheaper, lighter, lower, with more support. If this sound like I am bias, I am.😃

Hardly, I have the utmost respect for Recaro but I wouldn’t be putting their attempt at copying our twin skin idea in my car when I am the owner of Tillett Racing Seats.
Do they make any seats that you can hook a fresh air system to like your helmet to cool yourself? (I am also aware off cool shirts)
They do not, but there are companies that can custom build them in
