    This guy has had issues everywhere he’s been at. City, Dortmund, England and now United. He was even late for his Dortmund medical. There’s a video of it on CZcams where he walks in and they say “you’re late”. He’s been at United for years and the only memory United fans have of him is when he scored the winner against Liverpool last season. Ten Hag sent him away for three months on full pay last season to get his physical and mental health sorted and he’s still ungrateful. He will get assists and score at Dortmund because it’s not a league like the PL, you have bare space and in the PL you don’t. Hope he does extremely well so we can sell him for 50+ million.

      this is not really true - under RR he was pretty much Uniteds most in form player. I'd also argue that even last season he was producing a lot higher standard of football than all of Uniteds attacking players are this season. Although I agree that he does lack some intensity to play in the prem if you argue that he would perform in a Liverpool or City shirt it's not really a slight against the player more so United as a team. I just would expect to see the same energy from the manager when it comes to Rashfords turgid performances and lack of effort on the pitch and the same with Antony who it would seems off the fields issues are a lot more serious than Sancho. I just hate thee inconsistency from the manager.

    Very well handled by Tag. I can’t think of many other managers who would wish a player well despite being publicly ridiculed by them. United have been missing someone like Tag at the helm ever since Fergie left. I’m not talking about his style of football, the tactics or player signings because evidently Tag is no where near Ferguson in those quarters. What I’m referring to is his hard headed approach/character, that unwillingness to budge, to stand your ground and not being walked over no matter the player (Ronaldo, Sancho 👀). It’s unfortunate because Tag definitely has the right mentality to be a successful Manchester United manager but just not the right players. Let us be honest...ETH has brought nothing of note to Manchester United and his dealings with Sancho are being used to deflect from his inability to competently manage a premier league club.. He started by throwing Maguire under the bus, threw a hissy fit when Sancho disagreed with his (failing) methods (and even attempted to blame Sancho - it is interesting that now back at Dortmund his performances have had an impact, whilst ETH refused to play him even when individuals like Rashford and Antony were crap). A great manager uses the best players available rather than behave childishly and omit players who might help just because his pride hurts. ETH, if allowed to stay, will decimate Manchester United and buy players who are questionable at best (Onana and Hojlund to name but two) but then again he will blame everyone for his failed systems as he sees himself as perfect. He may have won 6 titles with Ajax (his only real success) but the Dutch league is not on a par with the premiership so he has not really managed at this level and boy does it show

  • @FootysGrand11
    @FootysGrand11 Před 5 měsíci +6

    This failure didn’t start with Ten Hag, under Ole and Ragnick, Sancho has been under par. Ten Hag has come in and gave him a path to reach his potential which he was not able to deal with and thus got rid of him. The manager job is to get the best out of the player within reasonable energy expenditure. Sancho seem like needs his hand held to become a top professional. No doubt he is talented but he’s not worth the energy because it would take away from an already failing team. So he had to go. It’s that simple.
