The G chord is the third chord I learned. I also learned that chord just by watching others play it. It's a really easy chord to do so that doesn't prove anything.
I was watching this and noticed that he was making the G chord shape perfectly after he picked up the guitar. That struck me as suspicious. But, I didn't expect the ending. Good job. Lol
I actually came to take up for the guy if the dude made fun of him. When I first started, like everyone when they first start, I sucked. Loved the twist though. lol 😂
It doesn't, but clean sweep picking isn't easy to learn and if they extended the video to show off the guy's full range of talent, it'd probably take away from the joke.
If you watch around 0:34 this is one of the biggest noob mistakes you can make. When I was in my first band I let a friend do the same thing this guy is doing, he held my les Paul up in the air by the strap with 2 hands, and the guitar fell out of the strap, headstock straight into the concrete and cracked the neck through. That was in the 80s, and I still have that les Paul today thanks to my guitar teacher at the time gluing and clamping to repair it. Just saying, don't let anyone touch your guitar unless they know what they are doing, or are under close supervision. And a always move the guitar around with your left hand gripping the neck. Not by hold the strap in the air with 2 hands!
Jeff Green actually my friend did the same, he grabbed my guitar with two hands by the strap I looked at the strap junction with guitar and it was coming out and I told him to watch out cause the guitar was gonna fall off, it almost fell and he caught it mid air, it's stupid really to let anyone who don't play the instrument touch your guitar
Well....Unless you have this neat thing called..straplocks....You know, those things that keep the strap in place so that exact thing doesn't happen? I guess you're a noob too since you seem to not know that. You also clearly didn't watch the video all the way because at the end, he starts sweeping. Which is extremely advanced. It's safe to say this guy is nowhere near new to guitar. In fact, the fact that you couldn't tell this was horrible acting says more about you than you think.
Christopher Garcia Who cares. It didn't sound like he has any reverb. Also, he probably recorded this in about an hour and not gonna get everything perfect for you, princess.
You know, I kind of feel the same way about too much sweeping in a solo, but I can't explain why. Cue the elitist saying "because you're a douchebeg" (not "douchebag", because that isn't metalz).
kungfuman82 The 2 biggest secrets in guitar playing are these: 1. Sweeping is cheating. 2. Tapping is easy as hell, even though it sounds and looks impressive
Carlos Gonzalez I hate sweep picking but it's the only thing I can do :c I saw a guy play super fluid and fast arpeggios by tapping the notes on one string and skippig a string on a youtube video but I can't find it.
Wow this was what actually happened to me when i first tried to play the guitar except i wasnt just using my fingers on the fretboard and i wasn’t picking the strings and sadly i never had any guitar and i never got to play a guitar.
That's not how it went when I picked up a guitar for the
first time.
I wish that would've happened to me
+Faze Booce holy shit I found you FaZe Booce
its still funny
I made the 1,000nth like yuh
Im guitarst electric im 13
I knew it, he grabbed G chord previously :D
I saw that haha
ahah thats true
Me too haha i knew it!
I saw it too
That doesnt mean he could seep pick as fuck
1:01 not expected sweep picking from a "noob".
That´s the reason he is the worst...
Sergej Topic dood he is so good I can’t even do that
that is some cool shreding
Don't think you see legendary band s like megadeth sweeping if u do its very rare
Congratulations. You found the joke.
i actually expected that..
Yeah especially after seeing how he grabbed the neck
Same
That grab looked like a G, it was so foreseeable.
Malik Alzaabi same
Malik Alzaabi me too
he held a g chord when he got the strap on right ..... guess you cant hide experience
He also instantly knew how to mute the strings.
***** he hit the g spot with the strap on.... huehuehue
+veeppl that's not a surprise because when everyone starts they're gonna have their fingers on the strings.
Seif Sameh ye
The G chord is the third chord I learned. I also learned that chord just by watching others play it. It's a really easy chord to do so that doesn't prove anything.
but the title clearly states he is the "worst" guitar noob ( meaning the say he is the worst at being a guitar noob)
It's called being sarcastic :P
"meaning the say"
Yes, yes it does P: I really like your pic and acc. It fits perfectly.
***** Yes, yes it is.
hats off to the logic..
Lol I got a laugh I don't see why everyone is so mad
hahaha well thank you
Andrew Pevny I laughed too! Hahaha! Obviously it was set up though! hahahahah
MercedesKawasaki haha of course
zobodobokobo because they are jealous that they can't shred and think that the guy is being cocky.
Andrew Pevny He's. cool. Ur just a noob
He is the worst noob I've ever seen.
David Nwokoye he's so bad, he can't even be a noob
@@aatreybhatt1999 man you're idiot
dev console bruh its a joke
his left hand gave his secret :3
hehehe I'm a left handed guitarist -_-
right? He was chord shaping right away lol
Emmy Watson same
hehe I pretended to play right handed when I told them I play left, I sucked with my right. then I killed it with my left
yaaayyy not just me
Why does this have 444,905 views? Why did I watch this? Who am I asking these questions to? Did Han shoot first?
Elijah Spears cuz, why not, god, yes.
Not anymore, G Lucas fucked your dreams
Illuminati confirmed. 🔺🔻🔺🔻🔺🔻🔺
Han shot first, yes
He gave it away when he started forming cords. 😂
Scott Rudnick He got busted there..when his left hand automatically almost holding the g chord.
Mart9511 Killswitch, but that's one of the first chords taught to everyone playing a guitar.
for me it was the way he was holding the pick. No noob holds it like that hahahah
Biggest plot twist ever.

*Rare footage of Kirk Hammett earning to play guitar for the first time, (1974 colorized)*
Behind White Lines oof
I was watching this and noticed that he was making the G chord shape perfectly after he picked up the guitar. That struck me as suspicious. But, I didn't expect the ending. Good job. Lol
puppyy780 exactly same
I knew this was going to happen.. The way he held the neck when he finally had it on right. He was holding it like he knew what he was doing ...obv..
Excatly you right. Noob will put his thumb on the back of the neck instead on top bar.
Eldias Mahdi Sastra
ehm, that's actually the correct classical way
Eldias Mahdi Sastra noob will set it on fire
^^^Jimi Hendrix wasn't a noob.
Ha ha I got trolled, didn't expected it
Pretty sure all the people that disliked came to bash on him to raise their self esteem only to have Napoleon Dynamite sweep on them :3
Gabe Rangel nope not me!
I actually came to take up for the guy if the dude made fun of him. When I first started, like everyone when they first start, I sucked. Loved the twist though. lol 😂
I played for three years and never got any better so I sold my guitars and bought some crack.
Wow I can name 1 metal band from the 80s who sweeped and got famous
Oh wait metalcore kids
I can't sweep my floor that well
Lol when people think sweep picking makes you automatically good
It doesn't, but clean sweep picking isn't easy to learn and if they extended the video to show off the guy's full range of talent, it'd probably take away from the joke.
sweep picking is a challenge within its own right man, any guitarist who can pull it off gets props from me.
Yea I guess you're right. Maybe I was just feeling a bit cocky that day :P
it doesn't?
Andrew Pevny It doesn't.
0:35 made me freak out
I though he was going to drop the guitar!!
This should be a try not to laugh vid
"You see those metal bars?"
"You mean...this?" *cue sick riff.*
XD
*insert asterisk* What you want to say *Insert asterisk after*
*Nice thx*
the tittle doesn't lie...
the funny thing is ... the fact that he did that, proves he still has a guitar noob's mentality
the fact that he did what
*Acted like he didn't know how to play,* so at the end he could be like _"oh look at me I can really play"_
oh lol
It's crazy how he just started played like that, that's crazy
-_-...
I know right?? He's really good!! I bet that in a few years he'll be big!
It's been so many years since I saw this video. What a classic
i remember seeing this in 2009!! good times
funny, and now i instantly feel bad coz i dont get time to practice.
*AFTER* "... alright yeah, but do you see those metal bars?"
I KNOW IT FROM THE BEGIN!!!! Good one dude.

Unless you're left-handed , for them it's all the other way ;)
Jeff Green actually my friend did the same, he grabbed my guitar with two hands by the strap I looked at the strap junction with guitar and it was coming out and I told him to watch out cause the guitar was gonna fall off, it almost fell and he caught it mid air, it's stupid really to let anyone who don't play the instrument touch your guitar

It is not fake, it's sweep picking
I saw it coming but got caught up in the video and forgot to see it coming
I really dont understand how shredding, sweeping and stuff like that works... Is it all in the pedals or distortion?
You can sweep...congrats...yawn
you sound tired
Blerh. I suck at sweeping.. And i love Jason Becker. It's a very dire situation to be in, i tell ya.
Tried to learn Perpetual Burn at my first year playing guitar... I should go back to play SRV stuff lol
Yeah right
I did not expect that at all, I thought he was going to break the guitar.
Loved that surprise ending
This video should be in the ultimate cringe compilation!!
Disposable125 Your name should be in cringe compilation. Lol
So should your channel
hahahahahaha sudden sweep
knew what was coming the moment I saw how he was habitually gliding his hand across the neck before shredding
Was that a meldonic e minor 7th sweep I herd?
oi nah that's funny af especially from a guitarists point of view 😂
what the fuck happen at last ?
what kind of guitar starts with a distortion
his thumb gave it away for me. He was ready to play the whole time loll
Yeah that was pretty shit.
Cleveland Brown better than you
Slothy M8 it was pretty shit tho
Christopher Garcia and? He's better than most. You're not much better than him any ways
+Slothy M8 He sweeped two common arpeggios... with the gain and reverb cranked... and you're impressed?
Christopher Garcia Who cares. It didn't sound like he has any reverb. Also, he probably recorded this in about an hour and not gonna get everything perfect for you, princess.
That really is the worst solo ever... Sweeping is cheating, go do some alternate picking exercises...
2. Tapping is easy as hell, even though it sounds and looks impressive
will you be performing at the Rock n Roll hall of fame induction this year?
Ilya Bryzness The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a joke.
kungfuman82 The point>
Your head.
That is insane sweep picking right there.
My man hit a solid K major
That was some shitty sweep picking
Yup everyone seems to think sweep picking is impressive for some reason.
I hate sweep picking, it was cool when I first started guitar but 4 years later, alternate picking arpeggios in sequences is where it's at!
Carlos Gonzalez I hate sweep picking but it's the only thing I can do :c I saw a guy play super fluid and fast arpeggios by tapping the notes on one string and skippig a string on a youtube video but I can't find it.
Random Guy I know what you mean, just youtube search arpeggio triad tapping. I would explain more but the videos speak for themselves.
Do you feel like a rock star now hahaha! Pretty clean arpegio
Could tell from the moment he played those dead notes
Was that a pinch harmonic at the end?
Wow this was what actually happened to me when i first tried to play the guitar except i wasnt just using my fingers on the fretboard and i wasn’t picking the strings and sadly i never had any guitar and i never got to play a guitar.
Anybody know what arpeggio he's playing?
Noticed it was a skit when he went to try and play the guitar he formed a g major shape
Hahahaha nice one but his fingers gave him away the second his left hand was trying to grab G 0:46 , still made me laugh so gj
why did i expect this?
I was expecting a noob nota monster
I wish I was as bad as him 😔
"It's not easy" funny that one.
"You don't put the strap on right."
That's how Freddy King wore his strap.
I'm sorry but that was the most epic thing I have ever seen. Favorited and subscribed.
Outta nowhere just starts sweeping
Which scale is that ?
For some reason this video cracked me up so bad.
I didn't expected that, can't stop laughing lol
I've seen that coming before I knew this video exist !!!
i love the way he stares at the fretboard... "what...what do i do?"
i saw that he made a g chord and i knew i was bamboozled
Last time someone asked me "can I play your guitar?!1!!!1" they broke it 😑
I knew he knew how to play the guitar just by the way he was holding it
Really digging the Dark Tranquillity shirt.
One of the few redeeming things about this video haha
I already expected this, because of the way he touched the frets with his left hand.
Oh, you can do sweeps?
*golf clap*
I knew it was bogus as soon as I saw his hair
Well, that escalated quickly
What arpeggio is that
still one of my favorite videos off all time
so which one was the noob... the one that swept or the one with the horrendous scoop tone
is that a jackson JDR-94?
@MitchoHarris96 He does the G major shape on the fifth fret so the chord is actually an A major - if barre'd properly.
well that escalated quickly
And the sweep picking at the end??
tabs?
camera man: well you see those metal bars
guitar: yeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeyesss
Ahh... I see what you did there
Well you see those metal bars
top 10 anime plot twists
I knew he was going to do that at the very end
The moment he started sweeping, I swear I immediately shouted "Oh fuck off" out loud. Haha 😂
Santiago Amaya i got a jump scare when he started sweeping
that was soooo obvious :D still, hand downs for that sick move
Woah.... your room has some great acoustics.
the ole razzle dazzle
This video is a classic
When a friend of mine pick up my guitar was like:
OMFG, He plays better than me... XDD
Thanks!
He trolled us
i totally knew he was gonna start sweeping
