For example, instead of "he was charged with reckless driving", should be "he was charged with break checking another vehicle". Why? Because like I said, brake checking is even more serious than reckless driving. Brake checking should be penalized with a suspension of the license for 5 years as a minimum. If he causes an accident, then 15 years suspension. If someonw died, then a permanent suspension.
