what is asmr?

-ASMR is a physical, euphoric response to certain sounds, voices, or situations, often referred to as “triggers.” Responses vary from person to person, but are often described as “tingles” across the top of the skull, which can travel down the spine. “Tingles” is just one description: others are “goosebumps on your brain,” a “flow-like mental state,” or a stoned-like, zoned-out relaxation. It’s not a therapy, and the vast majority of people don’t find it sexual (less than 5 percent in a peer-reviewed study) but it can be therapeutic and relaxing.

RECOMMENDATION: I really recommend "Kakegurui" if you haven't watched it yet. For those who haven't watched it, its about a school that evolves around gambling. Legit all the students are gamblers...literally.
EDIT: This is a mainstream anime. (I'm guessing, because I see a lot of tiktokers and other people AND Megan Thee Stallion, cosplay some of the characters, such as Yumeko, Mary, Midari and Kirari)

My favorite anime from childhood is Digimon. It's back on Hulu so I've been watching it and the nostalgia is soooo real!
But my favorite anime now is Ouran High School Host Club. Sadly, it's pretty short. But it's absolutely so absurd and hilarious. It's my go to when I need a pick me up because it always makes me laugh!

u should start with the original naruto :) then Shippuden. if u google the order, it’ll tell u the release dates and when to watch the movies. there’s also another one after shippuden called boruto but u have A LOT to watch before then. hope this helps! ❤️

I remember too when I first started watching anime, that's all I ever wanted to watch (my first anime was attack on titan). I rarely ever wanted to watch regular shows for awhile, and I was only into 2d guys after that😂 It's like both a curse and blessing.

you need to watch seven deadly sins! it’s on netflix, there’s a movie to watch with it (you can google when to watch the movie), and it’s only four seasons!! it’s in english and there’s a lotttt that goes into it so you would have to really pay attention but it’s amazing! my bf got me hooked on it it’s only the second anime i’ve watched next to sword art online, i’m not a big anime girl AT ALL but i really enjoyed the show. it has a lot of light hearted humor to it but at the same time the storyline and plot is extremely mature. highly recommend😊

pleaseeee watch inuyasha and 7 deadly sins 🥺 they are my top 2 favourites. inuyasha is on hulu and 7ds is on Netflix. i recommend Inuyasha in subbed and 7ds in dubbed, Inuyasha might be long but it's definitely worth watching it in subbed
