Let’s not forget how good chazz palminteri was in a bronx tale and how much of an important character sunny was!
Chaz wrote the script to the film I believe
Chaz made the movie great
‘Now yooze can’t leave’
You’ve done your time. You’ve paid your dues. You deserve to move on with your life. You have my support brother. All the best with your career and dreams.
The saddest thing in life is wasted talent, and the choices that you make will shape your life forever
You really think that's the saddest thing in life?
@@wedge5896he’s quoting a bronx tale
@@Cmcc342 well now it makes sense, gonna have to watch the film again
@wedge5896 it's from the film and good advice
Tell me about it.
Ive just relapsed last week after 18 months, this video really helped me guys - appreciate it, looking forward to my meeting tomorrow
Get back on the wagon bro. 18 months Is a long time to stay clean don't let it back in. Stay positive bro.
You were clean for 547 days, and only messed up for one day. Don’t dwell on this. Every single person I know trying to get sober always has a hiccup somewhere. Focus on the progress you’ve made for those 547 days. Don’t let one day define your sobriety journey!!
Just get back on track now. You did it you can do it again erase that day n start fresh luckily that day didn’t cost you anything yet but your count start over hit it again n keep going.
Sopranos by far the best series ever, nothing will ever top it.

Watching this while smoking hero!n and 30 minutes ago I was really unwell before I got this really makes me want to change my life, but it is a hard journey. Lying there just half an hour ago rattling, sore , sweating and runny nose is possibly the worst thing anyone can go through but I wish I could get clean 36 year old and want to change my life but don't think I can deal with the mental side of things but watching you James tell your story and lillo too is very encouraging ❤️
This is really sad 🥺 I really hope you can turn your life around, wishing you all the best for the future ❤

I'm going for help in 4 days thank god. Time to get my life back in track. Not looking forward to the mental side of things though 😔💔
Great interview again James, Lilo has a mad story and im glad to see him being a better man for it. Im from Scotland going through my own addictions myself which I want to leave behind me. These conversations are powerful, keep up the good work James, I'm a big fan of your work.

By far the best and most honest podcast/interview that I've ever seen, so natural, by people who fight that war everyday n know what they are talking about...Love Lillo n James both absolute legends.
❤️
Theres a meme floating about social media that basically says its crazy when an addict suddenly quits the kitchen seshs & starts walking mountains preaching etc.. but in my eyes, who better to try & help than somebody who has been there & done it? Who has came thru the other side & knows exactly how it is?.. fair play to them. It only takes a second to go back over & everybody would be all over it, talking about it.. looking down on them.. but then laugh at them when theyre trying? Then that same person preach’e mental health.. good luck to anyone trying to fight addiction, everyday is a hard day, everyday is a struggle, some people dont make it. Good luck to Lillo & James in life.
I watched his interview on Michael
francese too. By the way, he was a great guest.
I’ve always liked Lillo. Great actor, great guy and speaks so well. Would like to see him continue his success. Great interview James!
👍🏼
Two examples of how your fortunes can change for better and for worse based upon your own actions, and that no matter how far gone there’s always hope. Brilliant podcast
❤️
So happy for Lillo! Turned his life around and is doing his best to seek redemption and help others. 👍🏾👌🏽🙏🏾
I am in recovery from 27 yrs of addiction,I won’t say what as folk are judgemental but watching you James and in particular this interview is very very inspiring. Keep up the great work,I wish you every success.keep spreading the message, people CAN change,a lot of it is down to surrounding yourself with good like minded people in recovery that GET IT. All the best.
❤️
Thank you for this interview James! Bronx tale was my absolute favorite back in a day. Lillo is such a genuine man -what a pleasure .I wish you both the best with your recoveries and thank you for being so decent,
I saw Lillo in the Sopranos first, then Bronx Tale later on. What an actor. Hope he's found some peace now.
Let me tell you man unbelievable interview. I thought it was going to be the same shit. I’ve heard his story so many times that I could tell it at this point. Yet you were a let to put a different twist on it. Excellent job brother. I’ve been watching your work for a while now , keep up the great work!
I’m so proud of how your Chanel has grown brother and how well you have been doing. Been with you since you had 2k subs. Love your work 🙏
Thanks for the support
Excellent interview ! I watched a documentary on Lillo today and as a former addict I think he is very courageous to carry on and clearly he is still passionate about acting - I love his roles in a Bronx tale and The Sopranos.
Outstanding interview. Shows how quick life can chew you up but the come back is possible.
Really enjoyed this one a great interview very open and honest, loved it 🥰
Great conversation from you both. Watching this one is probably my favourite because I can relate to a lot of what you're saying. I'd love to maybe one day speak to you on a show like this.
Keep up the good work bro👍🏼

In the sopranos his character (Matthew Bevelacqua) and Sean shoot Christopher Multisante and he loses his spleen (crazy duality)
“I got no Spleen Gene”!
I’ve watched most of you’re podcast James, and I have to say this is my favourite. This guy is an amazing actor and a great storyteller.. I really enjoyed this one

Great watch, Lillo is a great guy, wish him all the best for the future. Taking positive steps in life. Get up, dress up and show up. Keep at it.
Great movie and a great episode, he reminds me of Matt Serra a little bit when hes in full flow conversation with James. 👍🇮🇪💥
A brilliant film and a great actor.
Can't wait for this one.

you're only allowed 3 great ones in your lifetime, they come along like the great fighters, once every 10 years... but sometimes you get them all at once. One of my all time best movies.
Fantastic interview James. As always mate.
Have a great Christmas and a cracking New Year pal.
Thanks pal you too
What he said about the weed as a BPD sufferer is spot on it’s the only thing that helps me regulate my emotions 💯💯
Best one for me good on the both of you. Brought back a lot of emotions of my addictions.

The resemblance to a young Robert Dinero is uncanny and I'm surprised someone in Hollywood has not taken note of the potential
He looks nothing like DeNiro lol
@@YourRecoveryDealer you don't think so? I wish a was able to send you a photo side by side for a comparison? Ok not spitting image but there definitely is some similarities and slight resemblance imho

A great podcast both. Really enjoyed it guys👍🏻
An absolute legend! You got my support! Always believe in you always will
when i heard what he'd done ages ago i'd heard he broke into a house and killed a policeman i thought "what a scumbag". gave this interview a chance and fair play it wasn't like that and it's great to see him clean, in good spirits and choosing to help people. best of luck to him

He spoke the truth about being in Oneida correctional facility, he was in involuntary PC, I was in gp at the time, I use to deliver the meal trays to the box and PC, use to see him all the time, he wasn't tough or anything he was one of us, a regular guy doing time 💯

I interviewed Lillo yrs ago/when he just got outa Ryker's.. rang him & dragged him outa bed 3hrs too early.. I forgot about the time difference⏰ but he was great, just told me to ring back later (in a sleepy voice)😅
Fantastic interview James , great actor, loved that scene in Sopranos with Tony and Pussy

Wow!!! What a guest!!!
Loved this one, watched bronx tale this morning. What an interesting person and life he had. Seems a really good guy too 😁
👍🏼
One of my all-time favorite movies
So glad you brought Guy Richie up. I was thinking this dude would be a perfect fit in one of his movies.
A Brónx Tale is one of my best movies ever and this lad played a brilliant part in the movie. Always wondered what happened him. A shame in all went wrong.
I bet it was a nightmare for Lilo. It happened during his prime years. I thought it was only in US, but in my country in Asia, things like the happened all the times. Once they became stars, fame and drugs will mess them up big time.
Great interview James
Thanks
I thought its was Roberto Carlos!! 😂 Ringer!! What a class interview and class guest, natural flow. Great story
A Bronx Tale has a great message(s) - Cracking guy anaw, James well done.
Thanks
The fact Lillo couldn't make out a word James was saying 😂 made the interview more beautiful ❤️... glad they're both doing well...🙏🏽...
They are both speaking English
@@peternagy-im4be clearly it was a joke 🙄... referenced what Lillo said at the end! 😅
Good listen. Glad hes doing better
Seen goodfellas, casino, the Irishman, the departed, godfather, scarface, road to perdition, but I ain’t seen a bronx tale, definitely gonna watch it
'Do you feel lucky to still be alive...with all the drugs and the shootings...and the jumping out of a moving car'....Ah James, ye crack me up. It's the straight face and monotone delivery with the little cough afterwards....
I can see someone like Quentin Tarantino casting him in one of his movies and it do really well and Lillo is back in the spotlight again. Stay well bro all the best! Time goes on!
Thanks Lillo. This really helped me.
That was a great podcast nice one lads
👍🏼
Fantastic Episode
kid was talented . hope he gets his act together and rise above
😂😂😂😂 had some mad times on my bender days, kicked off with my mate and told him to pull over on the hard shoulder of the motorway because someone was in the boot. Another time I saw a lamppost eat a caravan 🙈🙈🙈 many more where that came from. Good times
Great interview James 😎
Thanks
Loved this He's a good lad who made some bad choices a life time ago good to see he has learnt from them & is doing good now 👏

This was a great interview again James 👍🏻
Lillo seems sound as fuck fair play for turning things around
What a great and likeable fella , it’s obvious he’ll be in some great movies in the near future.
Brooklyn Rules is another good one👍
