I am 15 yrs old and i quit sugar 3 months ago and now i dont crave it 😊 whenever i crave i start to think that what benefits i will get after consuming sugar only thing ill get is the regret.......

On the topic of sugar, you are making the right move.
And you are right, that sugar feeds sugar cravings. The best way to remove the craving, is actually block it out altogether - and that means cheat days are very dangerous and will result in you succumbing much more easily.
just a trivia. Sugar related diseases, such as diabetes, pancreatic and liver failure, even heart dieases, kill more people around the world than all illegal drugs and cigarettes combined.
At the same time, sugar is just as addictive.
It is in fact, the most potent legalised drug in the world.
Sugar is in everything we consume, well in most things. Processed sugar is the one that needs to be banished.

I really i have a big story with that whish still unil now influnce me i remove white sugar a long time i could do that because of hrd diet i did when i was young so that helped me to less my dopamine and be more disciplined but now i'm not controlling my self i back doing all the nad habbits and that cause of straving my self and boring i fall in a deep circale i don't know how to control that and do it as before and i'm so happy for you sofi doing that nut please be vareful for not deep in the sme where i am be kind with your self you still young try to eat healphy suger like honey dates fruit i'm sure you will do it nut ne kind with your self

hey sofi this video is really helpful for me i tried previously to quit sugar and failed ill try again and use your tips maybe ill even have it once a week and see if that makes it any easier. FOMO is the worst especially when your family loves sweet and i myself love chocolate with my whole heart lol. anyways ill be my own parent and see what happens

Hi I have been in sugar free dit for 1.5 year it’s challenging to keep this life style but I feel more bitter 😊 I got some dizziness bc my electrolyte became a bite lower but I felt bitter with electrolyte drinks

I only have Raw Organic Unfiltered Honey in my morning oatmeal (or put it in other meals for sweetness). I don't touch any form of processed sugar; only honey and fruit. Not fruit juices either. I drink only bottled water or coconut water (unsweetened). 😉
I think it's so funny when people begin a new diet and a week later start giving 'pro tips' like they're an expert on it. 😆You're most likely gonna fail if you do the 'cheat day' thing, because you will eventually start overloading on that day and fall back into the same routine. 😖You have to cut processed sugar out of your life like cocaine, because it's almost identical to it; just an edible form. Just eat fruit salads any time you want sugar and you'll be fine. Don't even mess with fruit juices, because it's still processed sugar too. 🧐
*Also, instead of saying 'these past days', you can just say 'recently' or 'lately'. 👍

I relied on fruit, i.e. Durian.
Eat healthy and lift weights or pushups pull-ups. That fat needs to get tightened up so your fat can drop and release from your body. For the longest I was missing pushups and weights. I thought if I did it I would get bulky. But nah it’s ALL what u eat. So if u overeat and lift u will get bulky. So there’s your incentive
