Losing weight is not at all easy. I can feel Sonakshi's struggle of losing 30-35 kgs . Being mentally at peace n physically active is important.
I don't understand why is everybody is always judging and bullying everyone??😥 Bolne ke liye boltey hai judge mat Karo but din ke ek ek second har koi doosrey ko sirf aur sirf judge karta rehta hai. Sonakshi was just under pressure and she is always under pressure.

it's probably u not giving an f about others's opinions which is cool ngl!....but on a realistic note try with a 10 minute exercise or something and be consistent with it...take care of urself and atb for ur fitness journey !🤓
