You can take food items make sure it’s labeled well with the ingredients. 100ml per bottle should be ok.

I got some doubts.. in incoming passenger card where should I mention about the basic medicines for cold, allergies etc. and where should I mention about the masala. Kindly mention the question number if possible.
You don’t need to carry a lot of medicines with you. Firstly if you have any medical requirements you are already covered with health insurance which covers your doctors fee.
But yes, from home you can take basic medicine on smaller quantities but if you have prescriptions you can take the quantity you need.
So you will need to declare in the Incoming passenger card and they may ask you to show the prescription.
When taking home masala please mention the name also write the manufacturer and expiry day if possible and also mention the ingredients used.
Is it necessary to get prescriptions for medicines like parcetamol, vitamin tablets or supplements?
you dont require. but if your quantity is more you might need prescription.
Is hair oil ,tea powder, coffee and milk powder allowed??
If it’s company packed it should be ok. Actually you get everything there.
