I think Alsa/Soren need to be ran with Eironn to get Alsa kit rolling. Maybe Granny, Eironn, Damien, Alsa, Soren for example. Could also try Granny, Eironn, Soren, Alsa, Arden for mega burst squad.
You can't use a new hero into an already established "Meta" comp. The Eiron comp can only be beaten by another Eiron comp. It's not a fair test of any new characters. Soren is much more useful in Supreme Arena because you can use him in your secondary team, which you can test against other people's secondary team. NOT EIRON
I don't know if you have Lamont (rhino dude) but I think soren is meant to work with displacement types like him. Eironn gathers people to the middle of the map. People like Lamont and Cassidee push enemies toward the edges. I think Scarlita would be a good partner too.
Welcome back Cygnus, yes it is very strange to have an A rank character as rate up. I was invited by Lilith games to join their content creator program, so I focus on AFKJ now. I really enjoy it. I get to interact with my viewers in-game.
Just my day 1 impression from Barry, Wraec and yourself is Soren looks really bad. Like worst rate up banner easily, and possibly the worst Mauler A tier. He's just way too squishy to be a reliable pvp hero, does nothing in Dream Realm and doesn't stand out in afk stages. I'll give it a few days for everyone to test him more, and thanks for the feedback.
I want to find his niche. As far as I can tell, his reflect kit is meant to counter high damage ults like Thoran's. We will need to figure out how to keep him alive long enough to find out.
Absolutely! Soren was way squishier than I expected. He and Alsa were also not even working together at times, which kinda defeated the purpose of putting them together. He’s gotta work well in some team though. We’ll figure it out.
Why did they make him so squishy. Seems his kit does nothing for him. I’m gonna skip him and just keep building my other A ranks. Shame cuz I love him in the story. I’ll end up getting one copy from Dream store for my collection in the future.
This whole thing is a letdown in my opinion, it's been 3 weeks since alsa released and there isn't any area in the game where she excels at, not even on a singular dream realm boss like temesia for example, and people were hoping that once soren released maybe this duo would excel at something, but it doesn't seem to be the case, maybe I'm wrong and they will prove they are good somewhere but if I'm not then this is a massive spit in the face of the customers, what even is the point of releasing a new hero (in this case 2) if they will be inferior in every single aspect of the game to the ones we had...
