Fav breakfast. I ll give you three. When in Indonesia, nasi goreng spesial, spicy fried rice with chillies carrots cabbage peas chicken shrimp and a deepfried egg on top. A great way to use up leftover rice and whatever else is around. 2. When in Philippines garlic fried rice, thin slices of beef marinated in coke, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, onion, dark soysauce then cooked until the liquids reduce to a thick syrup and scrambled eggs just with salt and pepper to taste. I also add pan de sal bread and strong black coffee. 3. American. Extra sharp cheddar cheese mushroom and scallion omlette. 4 oz fresh OJ. 12oz cafe' Vienna. There you have it, three of the best breakfast meals you ll find.

Nice video 🙂 my favourite breakfast ... It definitely contains coffee, otherwise I don't wake up. Furthermore, Austrian Semmeln with cheese, ham, ham and cheese, Schwarzwälder Schinken, or a mixture of pesto Genovese, mozzarella, balsamico dressing and pine tree nuts. Also French croissants with butter, or Brabantian worstenbroodjes.
But I have to say that I only rarely eat meat. I need to do something to postpone the apocalypse 😉 And I don't want to give up the car 😉

Consciously not eating food (your breakfast) will not help you controlling your weight. Your breakfast is empty calories, Your body will compensate automatically by storing what you eat into energy reserves (fat). It is healthier to eat a balanced diet and increase your activity. And Snoopy stole the show.
My favorite breakfast food is scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Such a classic but a golden classic.
