Consider that the Sith were one of the founding races of the predecessor of the Jedi - The Jee'Dai. And after the split, both sides abandoned the main tenet of the Jee'Dai - Balance in the two sides of the Force.

I think the negative take on the Jedi Order can be taken too far. All we’re learning is that there were times when they responded more harshly than some of us would have.
Here’s the difference: Sith create horrible problems out of terrible motives. The Jedi TRY prevent suffering, but sometimes give in to the pressure and respond unethically.
To me, the math does *not* make both sides equally bad. Flawed people trying to end suffering but going too far just aren’t the same as monstrous people who want to increase suffering.
And good grief sarlaccs essentially inflect a millennia of hell on their prey. Without even any Sith mutation, these things were so messed up they’d leave the galaxy way better if they died out.
@@LianotubeThere’s also the minor issue of Sith actively seeking to torture, muder, mutilate, and/or enslave trillions of people. Sure, that’s not as bad as exterminating a few species of murderous mutated animals, but it might still be worth remembering
This was a lot of fun! The Sith tended to make some pretty terrible weapons of ter...er, war, and it's sort of funny that, in their later days, they totally abandoned the practice. I'm sure hiding was more important, and if one of these things suddenly popped up, it would draw attention to the fact that someone would have had to make it, and of course, the later Ro2 Sith did do some horrendous things, through the Force, but never again ridiculous monsters of legend.😊
I don't think I was actually expecting to see the Dashade on this list, as they aren't strictly altered organisms, but it could be neat to see some of the races of sentients who, even without the meddling of Jedi, and Sith, used the Force in monstrous ways? The Dashade, the Anzati, and several other species are like nightmares set loose, and horror stories to frighten, except they are real.
The war wyrm was created by Naga Sadow, not Freedon Nadd. Freedon Nadd lived around 500 years after the great hyperspace war, he did learn from Sadow though
Sith loved to create monsters. I remember hisis from Korriban. Very scary and powerful.Tukata are extremely dangerous too. They roamed Korriban. Mostly the Valley. Terentatek too. I think i saw few of them on Dantooine. Jedi Temple,Enclave. They were in the shadows. Jedi there warned us about them. They talked about them Extremely powerful and dangerous. Battle Hydra might be most dangerous of them all. Imagine facing that power. And fear. But I think Leviathans deserve to be number 1. Extremely powerful and dangerous. Terrifying. I’ve actually read about one of these critters! The Battle Hydra was in both I, Jedi and the Jedi Academy trilogy. The rest well I hadn’t heard of them, but it was a fun learning about the many horrors the sith cook up.
I think Sidious said it best honestly. "Good is a point of view"

I remember facing Tarentetaks in the KOTOR games. Very scary and hard to beat.
Yeah I remember them all too well. But I also remember the nice gifts I got when defeating them. So loved using them.
Right. The first time that thing came out at me I was like wtf are you. It was very cool and terrifying at the same time 😂

@@matthewchristian9591 Those 2 were very annoying to beat unless you had a lot of grenades and leveled up a lot before going there.
Tarentetak or the Leviathan are probably the most dangerous and terrifying of all Sith created monsters and weapons of war to face.
Also it is quite amusing, that despite all these power and incredibly deadly force hunting and Jedi killing monsters/war beats in the ancient Jedi/Sith conflicts, that it still didn't give the Sith enough of an edge for the Sith to win any of those conflicts or defeat the Jedi on mass.
And yet a single Tarentetak killed 1000 jedi in the old republic. They were litteral monsters even the jedi feared too fight them. And after fighting them in Kotor 1&2 i understand why.

@@matthewchristian9591 Wouldn't be the first time, the sith created a weapon or beast of mass destruction and be unable to control them like say the raghoul plague and monsters created by the maur talisman.
Can we all agree Disney should have explored Star Wars history instead of trying to tell a story taking place after the main events of the first 3 movies

By the way. Would you do a video on other dangerous creatures? Even if they weren’t that dangerous to Jedi per se but at least dangerous to the average person roaming the galaxy. Ones that weren’t necessarily created by the Sith.

The jedi created alchemy and it came to bite them in the butt, because instead of trying to understand it they tried and failed to destroy it and it lead to mutant creatures,armys of the undead, the rakghoul plagues, and project blackwing and many more threats like revan and exar kun and darth nihilius.

its interesting how many of these are basically primarily targetted towards jedi and jedi adjacent, most of them seem most appropriately hunted by bundles of droids of a comparable scale
