Car RF Noise source troubleshooting: Handheld Ham Radio Receiver Overloads When Car Ignition is On

I was unable to listen to Quansheng UV-K5 in my car when car ignition is on. Receiver overloads as soon as car ignition turned on.
When ignition is off radio worked okay.
I understand that it’s $20 radio and no good frontend filters there.
Earlier I built a bandpass filter and got almost no improvement.
Today I got my birthday gift - TinySA, and I decided to find a noise source in my car.
After troubleshooting hopefully I will be able to listen my radio even when car is running.
I documented my findings on video. TinySA was not necessary for this project, but nice to see the noise spectrum.
