I would recommend some kind of Velvet / chenille yarn
Depending on where you live there are different brands that sell those ! For instance I personally use honey Bunny and Baby snuggle yarns from the brand Hobbii (I live in Europe) but I do know that Michaels sells some Sweet Snuggles yarn for instance if you are in the US or Canada (in other parts of the world, I don’t really know what brands sells this type of yarn)
For the stripped top, I have a video coming ! It’s not finished yet but I am hoping it will be soon haha ! 😁
hi if you live in the us common yarn for plush’s in bernat blanket yarn, sweet snuggles, and chenille, sweet snuggle and the chenille one are extremely soft but shed like it’s nobodies business and bernat sometimes is soft it’s very hit or miss with bernat , i use bernat when i don’t wanna deal with the constant shedding sweet snuggles has

For plushies I usually use bulky yarn ! I would recommend some chenille / blanket yarn to have this plush effect as well 🙂 you can have a look at the brand Hobbii and their yarns : Honey Bunny, Baby snuggle or Toucan, those are what I usually use 💕
