Good recreation. Please what do you mean by putting bone on the center back. I don’t understand that part. Also did you add a cover for where the criss cross ropes stay? Because i can’t see any skin at the back showing and how did you do that too.
To add more structure and fitting to your dress, you need to put a center back boning.
I did not add any cover to the criss cross, it was just gathered.

Bust circumference plus 2inches .

That’s no flare on it
