I think you should make whatever kind of videos you like and follow whatever diet you like, but that being said you should change the channel name to something that accurately describes the channel and is not misleading ppl. You guys havenât followed keto for a long time. Itâs understandably confusing for ppl. Seems like a lot of subs like to watch your family content, despite you no longer being on the keto diet. A lot, but not all. Just my opinion though.
I understand where youâre coming from and itâs valid but they havenât deleted their previous videos on ketogenic eating. Wouldnât that affect their viewership on their previous videos?

The world definitely stinks these days. My husband and I are in our late 40s and we just had this convo this morning - we talked about how most things are a let down. Is it just aging OR do things really stink??? I think things are crap đ±. When we go to shops we get crappy service from workers who donât give a flip. When we dine out it costs a small fortune and the workers act annoyed. Itâs just sad đ. Iâm better off staying at home and just enjoying the company of my family. It sometimes feels like we are the only sane people left đ€Ł

I don't want to sound annoying, but I am a mom too and I have a toddler the same age as Felix. I have heard warnings from doctors about how dangerous popcorn can be for children under age 5. I read a first hand experience from a mother whose baby, almost died because she inhaled popcorn into her lungs. Just thought I would mention it! Love your videos and your beautiful family.

So good to get momma and baby out in the sunlight it helps sleep getting sunlight 15 to 20 minutes in the morning in 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon really good for the whole family.

I never leave comments but I started ray peat 3 years ago (body was never the same after having a kid) and a lot of the issues caused after doing keto for so long healed me but was a very long journey to rebalance thyroid/hormones etc. I had to increase my proteins though on ray peat, my body still wanted that. Best of luck, everyone is different and needs to find what works for them.
Cold weather sucks. Iâm in Ohio and the winter days are brutal in terms of no consistent sunny days. When my youngest graduates from college ( Ohio State University)in 2024 we are moving south!!!! :)

I'm turning 38 and my husband is 37 it's definitely a bad situation in the world. A lot of things have changed. My husband and i say the same thing about our generation.
There is a guy from Boulder CO who has been studying the thyroid for 20 years, Tom Brimeyer, whose business is Forefront Health. He follows the Ray Peat diet too and I was reading comments in his blog. Tom says Megha's condition is from too much estrogen.
I have Hashimoto's and we are salt wasters and need a lot of salt. I use Real salt. Tom has us add salt to the orange juice. Sounds bad, but now I wouldn't drink it any other way. OJ is not my favorite drink, but the salt makes it better. Sometimes I use Simply Lemonade, add a splash of Nellie and Joe's key lime juice because the lemonade is too sweet, and then add lots of salt. It is delish.

Megan did the ketogenic diet make you sick ? I have heard that some people have gut and gallbladder issues with this diet ?
She has a genetic issue that she was born with, and the pregnancy exacerbated the issues she already had as far as I understand.
The keto diet is contraindicated for her medical conditions. She had 60 kidney stones removed from 1 kidney and 30 from the other. Caused damage and decreased kidney function. Plus IC so bad she required nephrostomy drains to drain urine from kidneys outside her body. Been seriously sick and in pain for a year.
