A lot of these estates were built after world war 2 they were built fast and cheap to house people a lot of them are being revamped and look much nicer these days

At around 40 secs he talks about selling the property or renting out and then remortgaging. Not sure why u would remortgage??
Because hecoukd use the capital to buy another property and have a portfolio of houses its an investment which would pay in the lo g run
