    The "I Gotta Get In There" from the Pharaon is an actual 4kidz dialogue.

    Insector Haga is Weevil's name in the manga and original Japanese version. "Throw Haga from the Train" is a reference to the movie "Throw Mama from the Train" starring Danny DeVito and Billy Crystal.

    the pharao, since he doesnt have his memories, probably only uses the power of the millenium puzzle subconsciously when its really needed. only in the duel against yugi in the final battle the pharao uses it by his own choice (even without having the puzzle with him)

    Millennium puzzle's power: Grants the user a luck boost in dire situations. However, in duel monsters, Yami Yugi's luck is like a lottery. He definitely will get something to help him in his deck but it's at random. The more dire the situation though, the more likely he draws the card he needs

      A P Yeah it is. It requires a monster that deals less than or equal to 1500 direct damage. The reason Breaker the Magical Warrior was able to do it, despite having 1600 base Attack points, a card was used so Breaker’s Attack points was reduced to 1500.

    Great reaction.
    Also if we were to talk about the best duelists throughout the seasons.
    Yusei and Jaden are "better" than Yugi.
    Yusei is just built differently.
    Jaden though, started as a kid that really liked the game but as the show goes on, turns into someone who has to win every game, for everyone and that took a toll on him.
    Also neither of them had Atem behind their backs

    @scottiemoseley2116 Před 3 lety +2

    Zexal's season 2 was much better. There was a lot more character growth. Also, The MC in Zexal won more duels by himself than Yugi did without the Pharaoh helping him. Just think about that.

    • @nikolab.4065
      @nikolab.4065 Před 3 lety

      Yeah, season 2 was better, but I think season 1 had some epic moments in there as well when they finally started focusing on the plot. All in all, I think Zexal was miles better than Arc-V and Vrains, and in some ways better than GX. Also, unpopular opinion, but I liked and enjoyed Zexal as much as I did 5D's.

      The Barians was more intriguing. When Kite Shark Yuma Rio Astral got better as they went to Astral World. Part 1 was a bit sluggish but when the Duel Carnival ended and Season 2 began it was better.

    • @theomnigamer9177
      @theomnigamer9177 Před 3 lety +1

      No it’s a plot point. During the final duel between Atem (the Pharaoh) and Yugi, it is revealed that whatever card Atem has in his deck he can “will” it to the top of his deck. In essence, it is worse than Mai cheating with her marking her cards.

    • @ap7635
      @ap7635 Před 3 lety +1

      @@theomnigamer9177 I looked it up. It's apparently real, but it still sounded more like it's an ability of the pharaoh specifically rather than a magic power of the puzzle. Like Atem's willpower is so strong that it can effect destiny itself or something like that. The bullshit main character power equivalent of mind over matter. Maybe I'm totally wrong and it really is a magic power of the puzzle.

    • @theomnigamer9177
      @theomnigamer9177 Před 3 lety

      A P I doubt it is the Millennium Puzzle. It is probably Atem / Pharaoh himself because we see Yugi and Atem duel with all the Millennium items inserted into the Pharaohs tomb. They are both without the Millennium Puzzle. So it is definitely Atem / Pharaoh.

    I'm just going to come out and say it.....
    Zexal is one of the better YGO series. Sure, the first 12-14 are pretty meh, and Yuma is easily the worst character, but once the heartland city tournament starts, it gets pretty good.
    Also Vetrix (or Tron for the Japanese version) is the best YGO antagonist. Change my mind.

    • @teddybear979
      @teddybear979 Před 3 lety

      I wouldn't call yuma the worst part of zexal, he becomes a really good character after some point. As for vetrix, even though imo shark is better, I think zexal was probably the series with the best villains ( if not the only series with good villains in general). Dm's were not that great, gx villains were in the first two seasons were laughable and in the other ones poorly handled, 5ds villains were kinda forgetable ( except for kiryu, I liked kiryu a lot), arcv villains were a joke and from the vrains villains, revolver is amazing, if he is considered as one, lightning is okay, bohman is bland and ai is also pretty great if he is considered a villain, but with zexal we have some no doubt great ones like the barians and the arclight family

      @@teddybear979 Yuma definitely gets better, but for the first few episodes, Yuma just isn't that compelling. Astral would have been a better candidate, but considering who/what he is, that wouldn't be possible. Thankfully, as Yuma grows as a character, he goes to bearable and to likeable.
