    I’ve living in my Storyteller and have not gotten “the knock.” It’s because I don’t park overnight where I am not allowed.

    The plural of cactus can be either cacti (from the Latin plural) or the conventional English plural cactuses. “ Cacti” is the Latin plural of cactus and “Cactuses” is the English plural although “cacti” has the edge.
    Technically...you're good either way!!
    Plus, the hat; totally looks better tied up!

    What I've learned is that lots of processed food is made with sugar and refined flour that is basically like sugar because it's stripped of the fiber. So our bodies convert that stuff to fat super fast and stores it before we can use all of it. But the body doesn't remember it did this. So we feel hungry again before we should. But if you eat a chicken breast with a bunch of lettuce and cucumber and even some mayo then you'll be full for a long time from slow releasing carbs. I mean most of the lettuce and cucumber is water and insoluble fiber. The chicken has very little fat. You actually need the fat from the mayo. And what learned is that the body doesn't store fat as easy as carbs!!! Your body will discard excess fat!!! But you won't have much excess because you won't feel hungry a few hours later. You'll go 6 hours between meals. Still it's hard to give up the good stuff. Life is short. Feels like knowing I can lose when I want now, I trick myself into eating bad. But it's all about choices. I can forgive myself and just do better next grocery order. To lose weight I gotta be in a calorie deficit plain and simple. I can do that by walking a lot and not over eating by bulking up meals with broccoli or lettuce or cucumber. But I notice weight lifters lose very easy. More muscle means more burn. Starting to lift a little but starting slow. But they eventually can eat anything and burn it fast. And it's ok to mess up. It's more about the average being much higher by not messing up too often. Anyways, food for thought I hope. Keep on trucking.
