I was feeling blickages in the sacral and root as well as solar plexus chakras - incliuding lower cramping and digestive discomfort in solar plexus- so when u mentioned digestive and relationship w food it v much resonated! I like the 'no shame' w eating patterns but using as an awareness- so true! Also the blicks that mistly came up were judgment- of myself and from others (had an acute feeling of jydgmentfrom outside sources yesterday- almost like attacking tho wasnt sure where from)-but thiswas so helpful to let go and unblick that- thank u so much!!🙏💜

I've been sick with a cold this week and this really helped me to relax and sleep. In the absolute best way. It slowed me down to focus on my breath and I haven't needed to depend on my inhaler as much. And I got some much-needed rest. Thank you ❤️

hey, i love your channel! i just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t that palo santo and white sage are closed practices, i don’t know your ethnicity so i don’t wanna assume anything i just wanted to let yk
I find it SO hard to be still and listen/watch these. Does it do any good if I focus on other things at intervals? I can be okay for a few mins at a time, just not through the whole video usually.
Oh yes! You can do other things. I used to listen to Reiki videos a lot at work in the afternoon (actually I still do.) Just give yourself the intention to receive the energy

i intially thought all of this was a scam since none of the other reiki videos worked for me but shit with this one my body started twitching. it’s always the videos with the low views and low subscribers that turn out to be legit huh 🤔
