Hi Bre! I've been dealing with an on going an incredibly stressful situation for the last several weeks. It started back in December, right around Christmas when that large snow storm came through. Ever since then, things haven't really let up, it's been one stressful even after another. This session was very freeing. I know that the intent did not have perimenopause or extreme hormonal influence and mood swings in it but one of the reasons I came here is because it tended to cause me anxiety really bad and really bad panic attacks.
I put this on loop and it actually gave me peace of mind and helped me to sleep and stay asleep for a couple hours thank you❤
