I love Brita so much??? I feel that way about a lot of the queens, but it's usually the same story. When a queen isn't in a competitive environment where the competition gets to your head, you see them for how they really are in normal life, and you truly see the more kind, genuine side of them and I absolutely love that. Also 6:33 was just adorable lol.

u can tell gigi just lives in a very insular world. doesn't like politics nor music... if she was crowned, there'd be some controversy for sure considering her lack of political knowledge and the current political climate. as for crystal, super unique and had a chance, but the last few queens that were crowned have fallen under that artsy unique category already. this isn't drag's unique performers' race. in the past i've been bored by pageant queens, but jaida does it so well and with a spin. she's proven with her looks that she can showcase versatility and it's not all gowns/a traditional pageantry aesthetic. every queen has her time and this was jaida's time to shine.
i’ve always rooted for gigi, but when you word it like that, “lives in a very insular world”, that makes a lot of sense to me. i love her to death, and find her super talented and brilliant. but i felt like there was something a little robotic or methodical about her approach to drag and the world. but she’s only 22, she has lots of time to learn more and be better and i’m sure she’s going to thrive. i’m happy for jaida. and of course, grateful forever that i found crystal through drag race. a gem!
it was apparent from the beginning when she said her parents made her outfits and even had antique outfits in their house that she could wear on the show. meanwhile jaida made almost every, if not everything, she wore. you can tell by their apartments and houses who had money before even getting on the show which ultimately boosts your chances of winning.
