Thank you very much for your help. A friend of mine just loaned me his yacht and he told me that the only way he’ll let me take it out is if he can stand on the dock and I can move it out without messing anything up to your video because of your video, I was successful. I took it out and brought it back with no issues and that is literally the first time I’ve ever operated a yacht as well as been on a yacht so thank you very much.
Your advice is helpful to way more people than you realize.
Ah thanks so much! Good to know!
Yes even people like me who has never been in a boat I am now informed
Great video! Thanks for sharing! Great information and awesome positive energy throughout!
Thanks for your positive feedback!
Glad 😀 to see you are back Bro. Hope everything is going good with you.

Electric throttles make it easy , nice to see to see you ‘not’ using thruster for maneuvering under way!

I think it would be interesting to see more yacht content.
Stefan is back!
Whohooo!
The only motor experience I have is a Baja 38 with dual 502s, but hopefully a large motor yacht is not more complicated than the 10 pax cabin class turbo props I used to fly
Your hair!!!,!,!!!! Love it :). Ciao
Thx🙏🏼
Funny I have to agree with the part at the end. I can drive boats up to 40 meters fairly well. But I look like a first timer in a small tender with an outboard or tiller arm!!!! 🤣
Yep, seaman is a word!
Where are you now bro miss your chanal Benny Jeffreys Coober pedy south Australia 😎👍⛵
Seaman is correct... and could use Seafarer
Beautiful country side in Tuscany pls let us know the location
If I find I have a spare £2.8 million, I'll buy a Riva 56’ Rivale and have a play around at boating myself.
how much would you sell a boat like that for? thank you for the video.
HEY STEFAN ! Long time, no talk. Hope all is well with you 🤙❗️
You should wear a cape. How about Yachtsman?
Sailing vessel or motor vessel...............basically it does not matter. What matters is that you are able and capable of controlling the vessel you are on. Too many times I see people chartering boats, taking them out by themselves, while that boat is far beyond what they are capable off.
In the Med the majority of all the charter boats are sailing vessels. For some reason people don't want to rent a motor vessel. Yet, when you see them out on the water they are just motoring around, not much sailing going on. By the time they have to get into port the stress starts to build and brain freeze sets in. They completely forget how to handle a boat and chaos emerges.
Just yesterday I had to take control of a 50' sailing vessel when the guy chartering the boat admitted he was a novice. Why he was trying to enter a port with 35 kts of wind is a complete mystery to me. Guess he was even more afraid of being out on anchor with 35 kts of wind. For me it was the first time handling a sailing vessel, since we own a motor vessel. I guess the difference is that we made sure we know how to handle our boat in all conditions. Would be great if everyone would feel the responsibility to not take a boat out onto the water when they know they are incapable of bringing it safely into port again.
In other words, motor- or sailing vessel ? It does not matter, just make sure you can handle itt.
Very useful vedieo 3:26 3👍
