Is there a way to have a different color for the portion of the bar greater than the average value?

Hi can you simply make a slice where I enter the value and and target line is created dynamically
You can! Use a WhatIf scenario slicer to have a slicer where you can input a value. Then use that DAX measure generated from the WhatIf slicer to go into the FX constant line option you see in this video.
