►The purpose of this video is to offer a format on how to start in a new Agile team as a Scrum Master and start providing value up front. When joining a new Agile team as a Scrum Master, most people get overwhelmed with everything coming their way and they don't know what to do first. There are so many new things to learn like: internal or external team Agile process, Agile scrum ceremonies, different digital products, as well as internal tools or workflows. This can cause confusion on what to do first when just starting in a new Agile team.
By following these top 3 things, you can speed up your learning and start proving value right away. Following the steps in this video will allow you to have an overall view of the environment and identify any potential opportunities of improvement for your team. Good question. 1 is more about internal team general observation and 3 is more about outside of your team because it has to do with how work comes in your team and defining that workflow.
