Thank you for the detailed review! On the "flap", I had a tailor who works with leather shorten a purse strap; it was an inexpensive great fix.

I recommend getting an elastic/disposable hair ties around the straps to hold it together - acts like the permanent loop already attached to the bag :)

Hey i have an idea to fix that strap extension: maybe try using two sided tape to keep the strap sealed down. I like it how chic it looks on you.👍

Great idea...also the strap part on the inside is not tight enough so it turns so stuff falls out of the bag lol

Thanks for the video. It’s helpful. When you slide the little permanently attached loop over it all the way down to where it almost meets the edge of the flap does that not hold it into place? Does the little loop not move far enough?

You can change the direction of the strap easily so it's in the back ...
