We're due to be back on Oceania Riviera in a few weeks. Normally, I'm indifferent about bread, but Oceania bakes fresh bread daily and the offerings are incredible. Also, here's my conversation with the grill chef in the Terrace Cafe: Me: "I'd like to have the lobster tail please". Grill chef: "Absolutely. How many lobster tails would you like?". Customer for life.
@@cruisingandsnoozing1479 We were also on the Riviera last month and I can tell you that the refresh to the cabins is amazing. They also revamped the bathrooms to create a much larger shower and to add a ton of storage, plus additional countertop space.
Love your content. You two are really helping us plan our honeymoon. One slight suggestion- maybe it’s because I am mid fifties and my hearing is going, but at times the music was so loud I had a hard time hearing what you were saying. Keep up the awesome work,though..
Thanks for posting this very interesting video. We are booked on Holland America next month (Nov 2022) and Waitlisted on the Oceania Riveria in late 2023. This would be our first Oceania cruise so I am trying to learn as much as I can.
We're also in the process of transitioning up from Princess to Oceania. The Princess ships have become too big (3,600+ passengers). We've got 2 Oceania Riviera sailings booked for 2023. Thanks for the video.
My wife and I are going on our first Oceania cruise December 30th 2023 on board there new O class ship Vista. I have seen some mixed reviews on cruise critic from there first sailings in the med but maybe expected being there first sailing? Was curious as my wife and i will be both 56 when sailing would we be on the younger side of passenger ages? Thank you and enjoyed the video.
Average age tends to be around 65 - 70, but there are still plenty of people in their 40s and 50s (we are mid 50s). You also get a few younger ones (20s, 30s) who are travelling with parents. The Med cruise we did had a younger demographic than the longer South America cruise we did with Oceania a few years ago.
Why are you playing that background music? Couldn't understand a word you were saying. 😥So frustrating! I was so interested in hearing your thoughts and comments but it was absolutely impossible. Very disappointing.
Tell me about your Oceania cruise plans
We loved ❤our cruise on the Riviera! The Sirena as well.
that looked lovely - nice dinner, drinks, sunset, cruising away at the start of an adventure - perfect! Great vlog again -
We are travelling on the Riviera in September from Barcelona to Athens. We are so excited! Love the videos of your trip!
Have a great trip! Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching. Yes, sorry about the sound - I have learnt to mix things a bit better since I made these videos.
