I've been listening to Gino since his first album crazy life ,he is bar none THE BEST AND THE GREATEST when I first heard his music I was hooked it's the first music that touched my soul and I still listen almost daily to Gino Vannelli, THE G O A T !!!!
Nice brief bio on Gino and Joey. My ears were exposed to a very different moving sound when I listened to the "Brother Tp Brother" album, which inturned caused me to get his previous albums.
Dear Sir, been listening to Gino for 50 years I've been trying to place Gino's ♬ music into a genre'....but it didn't fit into any one single genre', but the way you expressed & articulated,...Sir, You Nailed It ! Thank you
My sister overplayed 'Love of My Life' so much I hated to hear him for years, through I loved the electronics of his first 4 solos. Crazy Life was a big hit, but 'People Gotta Move' is like intelligent disco, and his next hit 'Love Me Now' was a terrific proto-electro-pop! I recently downloaded a 5.1 surround remix of 38 Vanelli tunes, and it's been great to rediscover them- though from the croonerpop 'I just wanna stop' I found his rather boring.
I've been listening to Gino since I was 2 in 1975, I am now 51. I was raised on his music and I'm so very grateful to my parents for that!!!!!

Love Gino! I still listen to his songs everyday of my life ❣️
I just saw Gino at Sony Hall a few days ago! Saw him in Annapolis last fall. That was my first time. Tremendous artist! Brilliant!
I dug him as an 18-year-old in 1980!

This is my first look at your channel. It was interesting and enjoyable. You are a very good narrator/presenter.
Much appreciated!
I bought "Powerful People" as a new release. Boston Gino fan since the early 70s.
Kudos for covering the G-man. Keep up the good work!
Thanks. Always been a huge fan!

That mean a lot from a long time Gino fan! Cheers!
@@AdamsMusicBox you're welcome. Just an f.y.i. Joe Vannelli hasn't toured with Gino for over 30+ years. His brother Ross is with him for all shows.
@@josephwaleski9281 Oh yes that's right. Can't believe I forgot to shout out Ross. What a talented family and great people to from what I gather
